I put NO on these above items mainly because it wasn't at all apparent what we were supposed to do when we dropped the Uhaul off. They were busy in the back and some one had to get them. We were told to just leave the keys on the counter and someone would get to it within an hour and we would be contacted. We still have not been contacted by anyone. As of the last interaction we had with Uhaul over close to two weeks ago, the truck was still not listed as being turned in. Also we were never able to speak to anyone at this location on the phone , nor did they ever get back to us.

Dealer didn't check in my rental. Which led to extra charges. Multiple calls to customer service.
MICHAEL BThe truck was not ready, place was closed but someone saw me pull in and came back and off they could help. The truck that was reserved for me was buried. Cab of truck has soda can and sis bottle and a bag. Back had some black stuff left in it. Truck was well maintained. But somewhat dirty.
Janette SI dropped off after hours. There was no place to park. It's a junkyard car repair shop. No one was there to do the drop off.

Kelley NRental guy was over an hour late showing up to work. Van had a check engine light on the whole time. Ass rented me the van only when I told him I need van and car tow dolley. Then sent me 10 miles down the road to another rental place that cost me more money cause I didn't rent the van and dolley together.

Jonathan SPickup site people were great. HOWEVER - my contract was to pickup the trailer in Hudson, not Somerset. Uhaul changed the contract/pickup location without asking. I was told that was where I was to pick it up. If I would have been given the CHOICE of pickups, I would like to have been able to pick one up closer to St. Paul, where I was staying. What was unacceptable was a take it or shove it attitude. Merely talking to me and giving me the OPTION of pickup location would reflect a decent customer service sense instead of your take it or leave attitude. Again, not on the Somerset location - this is all on corporate and their attitude.
