This has nothing to do with location but with my reservation. I was suppose to pick my truck up from a total different location in Moss Bluff but they didn't have it there. Told me to call someone they weren't helpful at all. So I did, they told me closest truck was in tx 2 hrs from me. I called and complained to customer service. Finally after 5 hours of being on the phone they were able to get me one at this location. The man at location was very helpful and I'd definitely go through him next time for a rental. My online process seemed easy but my reservation really wasn't honored correctly. From now on I'll do it through personal contact.

Online reservation completely wrong. immediately called to have it corrected. Was told no problem. Called to ask about different drop off place, $200 to drop off at different location. What a rip off! reservation had not been corrected and uhaul hassled me the whole time I had vehicle. Also, the mobile pick up was a major hassle.

It was out of the way for me but I was moved from the hay 14 location to Westake because they had the 5x8 trailer. Westlake printer wasn't working so all paperwork was emailed to me to print out and carry with me.

People were excellent and courteous. The tow dolly's ratchets were worn out so much so you had to hold lever to tighten or loosen strap.

When I called the main booking number I told them exactly what I wanted. They put down the wrong thing and when I got to my preferred location they DID NOT have the trailer I had reserved 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE! I THEN HAD TO DRIVE 1 HOUR ROUND TRIP to get the trailer I wanted. THE ONLY REASON THE ENCLOSED TRAILER WAS THERE WAS BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE TURNED THEIRS IN EARLY. If that had not occurred my trailer that I reserved 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE would have not been in stock for my planned moving. The U-Haul company gets NO stars from me because of the LACK of PROPER customer service and INADEQUATE people receiving bookings!

I reserved a 26 ft truck and when I got there they only had a 20 ft and the guy said they gave it away to someone who was going one way and I would have to go to the next city to get a bigger one. That's unacceptable.

The location was just fine. The trailers on the other hand are tongue heavy and have NO crank jack installed. Very inconvenient.

I am so mad at Uhaul ........for 3 weeks I had requested a 26 foot truck. 2 days before my move I was told they could not get any trucks.....it has cost me more money because I had to rent a small truck and a small trailer. Now I have to rent another truck....which will not be uhaul....and it is going to cost me that rent plus more gas....pissed
