Henry GI was quoted unlimited milage,but was charged 1,43 per km.when I checked the uhaul web site the rental on a moving truck states 0,89km. The attendant advise me of unlimited kms

Scott TIt was a useless rental. They couldn't even lift the piano to transport it. I ended up paying for a uhaul for nothing. The piano ended up staying. We couldn't get it. A waste of money it was. It's upsetting.

terry bThe pick up location in Amherst was very untidy! The truck was pretty good regarding the cleanlyness ..I first booked for 15 ft in nearby moncton,but I was told it might not be that …it might be 20ft…thinking I was getting a 20 ft but ended up with a 26 foot …I wasn't pleased with that as it was an overkill,that much harder on gas!!

howard pActually a better location, not a muddy puddle lot so you have to side step the mud. Also kinda frustrating when you have to wait a half hour for the return, as the agent is busy waiting on customers with other facets of his business. Realize stand alones don't work in small towns, you asked for my opinion.
Chuck MMake the cost a lot cheaper…way overpriced. Not very impressed with UHaul as a whole due to the high cost of renting from them. Will definitely explore all other options before I use it again.
ROBERT Mone tail light on trailer was not working when i picked it up. no solution offered...take it or leave it.
Tom CGeorge did a great job getting the auto transporter hooked up. One of the straps was messed up, he fixed it himself in cold and wet conditions. I recommend this location.

Ron AGeorge has been doing this for over 20 years and he is great at making sure the truck runs well and everything is in order. He is a little old school and things might take a little longer than at other locations but that has its charm too.

Richard DLocation is dirty, inventory is small. Despite having a reservation booked for a 10 foot truck, I had to take a 20 foot rental which was difficult to maneuver in the space I had to move.

Nicolas CHave a mechanical inspection done every 1000 kms to ensure safety. Steering was problematic On the truck.
Kevin KMy reserved truck was not available and I had to rent another truck for an additional cost, splitting my move between two trucks when the original one I reserved finally became available. Very poor customer service.
CHRISTOPHER GMy truck was not ready for my reservation time. I had to rent an additional truck for an extra cost because it had to be returned. This caused my move to be broken up and a pile of rescheduling.
