The man that came outside handed me a piece of paper telling me to get the mileage and gas amount...he then walked back inside. When I approached him to give him the paper and let him know that the truck seemed to have a transmission problem ( it was not switching gears correctly) he stated “ well the guy will Be here at 9:00 am, I don’t handle this” the next day I received an invoice that I had used the truck an extra day ( which I dropped off the same night. ) I talked with U-Haul ( customer service line) and they explained I would not be charged, the drop off location put the wrong date. Personal feeling is, if you are a drop off or pick up location, your customer service should be better.

This experience was just as bad as my last experience with uhaul there were no furniture dollies and I had to argue and demand a hand truck it cost me time and money no furniture dollies meant me paying 2 people to do nothing I will never use uhaul again

Gentleman helping me was juggling the counter at the gas station an the rentals. Very nice and hard working but very hard to understand and had a hard time understanding anything I was saying. Definitely got drop off location wrong. Uhaul was very helpful resolving the issue the following day. I would recommend it to friends because it does carry a lot of equipment.

One person should be there to take care of the uhaul reservation so the other person can continue to take care of store customers.

In addition to the truck I rented a hand cart, however the instructions didn't say where or how to return that!? I did not want to leave it in the back of the truck as it is not locked. I ended up putting it in the truck cab and locking the door so that it couldn't be stolen. You should clarify instructions on this point, or possibly provide a lock so that the customer could lock the back of the truck upon returning it?

Attendant at location was very rude,I rent trucks from Uhaul at least once a month. It upsets me that even when I reserve at week early I always get bumped from the location I choose. The folks at the location I choose are always extra nice and go out of their way to help me. I will NEVER pick up from the Georgetown Shell ever again. The attendant accused me of shorting him gas. I told him he needed to look at the contract as there was almost a quarter tank extra in the truck versus when I picked it up. The guy was a jerk!

Our overall UHaul rental experience was outstanding for the following reasons: Staff was very helpful in providing information upfront so that we could make the best rental decision; truck was clean and ready to go at pickup; we were provided with all of the blankets we needed to move a large amount of furniture; and UHaul dropoff was convenient and easy. We would highly recommend and rent again!

Was on Sunday and the only truck rental open. The guy who waited on me was very nice. Was happy that he was open. Was not thrilled about paying per mile, but everything ran smooth.
