Worst experience ever. The issue began when there was no one present to take care of me. Had to call in multiple times to checkout truck. Was given the run around by multiple operators. the grass was so high i had a hard time getting the hitch out of the grass, and it was really wet i stepped in water , got the only pair of shoes i had wet. not happy no one was there to hook it up. io had to wait 45 min for that as well /.sandra C.

Facilities were fine. Service received is always BAD. Further, I was told How To use the app to make checking in much easier and not where you get taken like each time before renting a UHaul. Again it happened. App Did Not Work. Asked me to take a more recent photo, I took twenty photos in parking lot of UHaul facility. Every single time I rent it's a nightmare. Never again. The extra charge for mileage was ridiculous we should not have been charge for mileage we did not rent the truck with any mileage stipulation. We rented the truck by the days. There should not have been any charge for mileage. And the gas had more in it when we returned it then when we picked it up.debbie S.

Pads ordered were not available at this location nor at other local Uhaul sites (customer service rep did check). Trailers were located at back of a grass, unpaved used car lot. Would recommend bringing trailer to front of business when prepaid pickup is anticipated. Customer service rep did accommodate customers request to pick up trailer earlier than requested.Earl E.

1st trailer had a torn tire strap that was not usable and had a nail in the tire. They said all i could do was get another trailer, so i did. 2nd trailer tire blew on the inerstate after traveling lesz than 100 miles. I am wondering at what point u-haul considers maintenance (or better yet routine preventative maintenance) their responsibility or do you wait for the customet to tell when things break.JORDAN B.

Equipment should never been permitted to leave your lot if it is not 100 %. I rented an auto transport to move a vehicle about 500 miles. The trailer had 3 lights that did not work and 1 tire that was almost bald. I had to stop 3 times to put air in this tire.FLOYD M.

The trailer I received was in poor condition, there was no safety handle that locks the hitch in place and the trailer came loose while I was driving down the road. This was the first time I have ever pulled a trailer and it was not until I got to my drop off location that I was aware that there was suppose to be a safety handle. The pick up location was hard to get into because it is a overly crowded used car lot and very poorly maintained.JOANIE R.

I had to drive over 100 miles out of my way to get this trailer. With a weeks notice it could not be brought closer to my route. This my friend is as we say in the Navy unsat! Uhaul failed for this rental! I will purchase a trailer before I EVER rent from you!John M.
We turned in the truck a day early then got a call from a very rude and quick tempered "Natalie". She suggested we return the truck to a certain location then demanded to know where we turned it in at. I got her the info then she claims "oh ya I see it here in our system". Can she go thru a "customer relations" class? If its in your system why not just find out where it is instead of calling me at 8am? I had the rental until 4pm, whats the rush?TOM B.
Truck was for the most part clean on the inside some trash under seat. But the truck was 2qts. low on oil and the transmission was 0,5qt. low. The car dolly fender was broke and tail light not working. Also the tires on the car dolly were bad. U-Haul owes me 17,85 $ for the cost of fluids. Had we not been proactive to check, this could have left me and my family stranded on the side of the road as this vehicle was not road worthy!!JANET H.
