COLWILLIAM APlease stay away from this storage company. My stuff was covered in sand. The weather strip on their doors do not fully cover the gap in the bottom of the door. It's the worst. They also owe me $42 but they have not refunded me even after talking to the front desk and their manager. They offered a 15 % discount for military. That wasn't true. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT STORAGE COMPANY.

javier mTerrible untrained lying deceitful uncaring for customer time and schedule. Wouldn't recommend or use a uhaul after this for anything reason. Quote one charge but when you pick it up get charge over quote don't even think about not being changed taxes for military orders because you'll be lied to anyway. Going to make it my mission to warn military members that this company is very deceitful.
LORI ILiterally the most friendliest and most convenient and understanding storage abs staff I have ever dealt with. If it were up to me I'd use this storage facility and staff for the rest of my life.
travis a | Expérience généraleThe reason I wouldn't recommend this location for a drop off location is due to the very small area of the Uhaul property. It is closed off after hours, so you must park your truck/trailer on the street. We had a 26 foot truck with a full Auto Transport, and we had to return after hours. For some people, it could get very difficult backing up the auto transport to detach and park in a safe/legal location. Other than that, we had no trouble turning in.

Julio AI had to drop off the trailer after hours (Sunday). I had to leave the trailer outside. I felt uneasy leaving the trailer there but I had no choice. It would have been ideal to provide a code during check out to be able to drive the trailer into the yard.

William CI rented a truck and trailer. The trailer tired caught on fire in the middle of the road. Then it exploded and it hit my car door. I waited 4 hours for someone to replace my trailer. When I parked the truck I saw oil leak on the floor. I opened the hood and The engine oil was splashed all over the place and the engine cap I found it somewhere else. My truck the one on the trailer got oil all over. My tire have oil the door the lights . I got to the dropping side and they told me that there was no annotations on the rental

Can't say enough about how good that guy is. Very friendly and knowlegable about the area.

Curtis WStaff was helpful and techinical savy. Shop was smaller than the regular UHaul shops. A one guy shop. Not bad, but for hauling auto-transports out of there, but just not the same as a uHaul shop where they do installs and sell noxes, etc.
WILBERT CThe problem I had was not this location. It was that UHaul changed the pickup location twice before giving me this one. I am not familiar with El Paso and made it stressful.

JIMMY VToo much emphasis placed on the condition of the trailer I rented. Normal wear and tear should be expected. Gentleman there wanted me to note even the smallest scratch. Took 8 to 10 pictures to protect myself.

JOHN BI will never use Uhual again out of state services. Ryder truck rental was recommended, but I used Uhual because of a friend that I know. I will also tell others not to use you guys. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I have had a business for 22 years and have never seen such bad customer service at the El Paso office. Very Very bad experience. ALFONSO SThe rear wheels on this vehicle are horribly our of line. I am the father of the young man that rented your truck. While we did not have any problems with the vehicle, I was very concerned the whole trip from Austin to El Paso because if the left front wheel was more than a foot from the white line. the right rear wheels would run off the pavement onto the shoulder of the highway. I could see daylight between the left front wheel and the left rear wheels the truck is so warped to the right. My fear was if the brakes were applied suddenly the rear end of the truck would swing around to the right. You really need to take a serious look at this vehicle.

Alfred WWasn't sure where to park the truck for after hours drop off. A designated area or sign stating where to park would be helpful. But it's not a huge deal. I'm not upset at all. Just a suggestion. Thanks for your help in making with my move an easy one!
