I was not made aware of the online process and no customer representative on site. My phone settings were not compatible with app. Had to call my son to meet me and use his phone. I will never rent from this type of location again. I am renting from ryder this weekend instead from a home depot. Where there are people to help and only 1$/ mile instead of 2. Never again! Have people that are familiar with the service, maintain the trucks cleanliness there was random clumps of grass. The outside hood was dirty I don't know for how much I am charged for having it for literally three hours it was not worth it at all and I will be taking my business to Enterprise.Isabelle F.
The reserved pick up location was 20 min from my home. Unexpectedly the pick up location changed the day before my pick up date to a location that was one hour from my home. I lived in an area with dozens of uhaul locations. I would not have reserved the truck in the first place if the pick up location was an hour from my home.Joseph C.

I showed up at 8am which was my scheduled pickup time. The guy that was working said he had to call someone else in order to get approval to give me the keys to the truck. However, that person was not answering the phone. He said worse case scenario he would be in by 9. Meanwhile, I had already had an approval from uhaul to pickup my truck. When the other guy finally showed up at 9 he claimed he needed to make a phone call before giving me the keys as well while I begged him to look at my approval on the phone. He said I should've just given a code to get my keys in the first place but a code was never given to me uhaul told me o would get my keys from an associate. After my hour long fiasco I was able to get my truck and I didn't have any issues after that.Ian K.

The online service is not user friendly. I received an email saying that someone was going to contact me the morning of my move at 9 am. I requested the truck to be picked up at 8 when I signed up. No one called me at that time and the number that was given to me in that email was not anyone from UHaul. It took an extra 2 hours to pick up my rental. I will not ever use that again.karen R.

My rental should have included blankets. They were not available. There is nothing on site should you need something. I had a trailer rental scheduled here in the recent past and the equipment wasn't able to be used. It set me back 2 hours as I had to go to another location. I questioned uhaul about this location because of past experience and was assured it would be fine. It wasn't!!Pamela C.

Love the trucks and how clean they are. However, this is my first time using the online check in and check out. The check in went smoothly. It took about 10 minutes to get through all the steps. The checkout process did not work for me. I attempted 3 times to go through all the steps and each time it would error at the last step. Ultimately I had to leave the keys with gas station attendant. I know everyone is heading towards the smart phones for processes like this but I honestly would have appreciated a uhaul employee to be available to make sure the truck was checked in properly. Hopefully next time I rent this process will be refined or they will go back to the old way of having someone onsite to accept the truck.ALEX K.

Gas station with no indication of Uhaul facility. Thought the place was closed, and I was at the wrong location. Only way I knew I was in correct place, was truck I rented was in lot. The young man I was in communications with, Adrian, during this transactions with was extremely helpful and went out of his way to accommodate me.Gary L.
What a disappointing experience all around with U-Haul this morning. Wanted to rent from Randolph NJ location, reserved that location, got a confirmation text stating to go to the Mine Hill, NJ location to pick up truck. Went to Mine Hill only to find out NO ONE DECEIDED TO COME TO WORK TODAY!!! Called 800# & was sent over 10 miles IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION to Oak Ridge NJ to rent a truck. Gas attendant didn't know what he was doing, we had to call 800# AGAIN. Paid for the rental of 12 moving pads, recieved 5 very used rags. I'd have been better served renting with another carrier, I won't consider U-Haul again for future projects. Too many problems when all i wanted was a truck for the day to move some furniture.Vito S.
