The 3 ladies that worked there were great but they couldn't find they keys at first, almost making us late for an appointment. Definitely seemed disorganized but I do appreciate the ladies I worked with.

tom cThis location was extremely hard to find because the address on file is not the same address listed on their door. I drove around several times and even had to go into Harbor Freight to ask. I finally found a small unidentified door that had the address to the left if the store and eventually found the uhaul lock box that was not even near the door, it was on a fence in between the two buildings
Stacy MThey do NOT do after-hours (mobile?) pick-up so it was a VERY frustrating experience because I signed up to pickup the truck after hours and couldn't do it. (It wasn't their fault, the UHaul website made it look like that was a viable option.) Tried to call UHaul but after waiting on hold for a long time my ride had to go so that didn't work out. UHaul called me the next morning and scheduled for a different location saying that the original truck I had reserved was no longer available. But, how could that be? No one could have rented it since the location was closed all night and it wasn't 9am (their opening time) yet. VERY FRUSTRATING experience with UHaul.
Bruce EEverything was very good and drop off was convenient and easy to get too: walked in was taken good care of emailed receipt and all in 5 mins.

ERIC HNeed to reevaluate how drop off locations are chosen with relation to customer convenience. My actual drop off location was 32 miles away.

Christina MUhaul I think over priced us. This was an in town move. Also I would have liked to have kept it longer but I was told it would cost double the amount. It's nice to have a company work with your needs and not drain your account but understand what the need is and try to be of help...

NESTOR USomeone cut the gas line so when I went to refuel, the fuel went straight on to the ground so it wasn't the fault of the location - the lady that helped me, named Gloria, was great. She had no way of knowing the line was cut. Neither did I until I tried to refuel. It's the fault of the people that cut the line to siphon gas.
