Great Place easy online pick up and return I was a little upset at 1st when I returned it cause it said it was charging me for 2 days and I only had it 12 hours but that was just the automated return saying that they have someone go over it and close it out a day or two later and turned out I left a angry message for nothing I was charged correctly when it was closed out s I guess I jumped the gun great set up though so much better now compared to what it use to be

Drop off was closed. No problems.easy parking plenty of room..

Absolutely no signage for drop off location and no other UHaul trucks present. Just lucky that we saw the little orange drop off box on side of building. Took all the pictures for electronic drop off and e-return system did not work. Worst part of the deal is the truck fuel tank was only half full when I got into it at pick up point which is after I signed the contract indicating that it had to be returned with full tank, so I ended up getting charged $20+ for extra fuel which I never used.

Took us a long time to even get the Uhaul, the lock was completely frozen and then when I called to get some help I spent 20 minutes on hold.

My only comments are positive. The staff were nice and helpful in every possible.

When I got there my rental was not able to be got . Had contact customer service then they helped ease the blow by upgrading my order . Then the app told me it could save me money by going 38 minutes out of my way to drop it back off . Mind you when i drove it the vehicle rode like a horse shaking . So I cleaned it took thoroughly and put more gas than what was asked to put it back at . Returned it before hand . Went through the return service uploaded pictures. Then did what was asked on return . Next day I got a bill for 79 dollars more . Said I used more miles than expected because I drove out of my way to return it where I was supposed to get a discount but instead charged more . I will never use uhaul again .

Vehicle drove like it had a Square Tire. Not sure if hub was warped ,tire had a broken steel belt in it,or the suspension was off due to bad Shocks/Struts...
