I called early Tuesday and the very nice lady secured it for me to have someone come pick it up. Excellent service à la clientèle.

Bryan E.All went well. This not the first time i use Uhaul or the app. I do have to say the app is sometimes not very user friendly. This time no matter what I did I could not upload my images. I really like to use the app because it is a very convenient way of doing things. Jusy sometimes it does not work properly and something that should be very easy and quick ends up bring a very long and hard task. Overall all good.
Melisa G.When making a reservation online and wanting the larger enclosed trailer, it was very upsetting that the day or two before needing the trailer I was contacted by the Austin office and had to downsize. I understand y'all double book constantly online. That is unprofessional. This has nothing to do with the local office.

Arturo V.The vehicle I rented had a few minor issues, the right front turn signal light was out, the cargo light was out, and the vehicle took way longer than normal to shift gears.

CHRISTINA LYNN N.Too expensive. You lull people into your 19,95 a day special and rake them over the coals with 0,79 cents a mile charges. For this reason I won't be using uhaul ever again. You see I value honesty with all aspects of life, this includes business. You weren't honest, you were deceptive. So I won't be recommending uhaul to anyone. The Giddings location I rented from was top notch though. What a shame they deal with you, a deceptive company. Too bad.

LARRY S.I had no problem with the truck or it being available. But to be honest, we had a great deal of trouble with the process. I was “Awaiting Approval†for 30 minutes and also not able to speak with someone on the “24/7†contact us phone line. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up. We were waiting with two small children and late to our destination. Additionally, upon drop off I received a receipt and do not understand if I was charged for an “extra day†when the rental said pick up was due on Tuesday at 9:00. To be honest we have additional hauling needs and I am reluctant to use UHaul after this experience. I've always thought of UHaul first and now I don't know if it is worth the hassle and challenge. Leslie O.I had never rented a uhaul so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I went after hours and it took a little while to get me approved because of needing extra items, i.e. passport, lease agreement, work verification, etc. I wish I would have know that was to be expected because I would have been better prepared. I had a deadline to meet someone to pick up some furniture so it was stressful to say the least. I also had a hard time finding the keys, the description stated something like this: "between the right side of the truck and the pole, the combo is 729", There are several different poles there, so I looked for a bit. There is an actual freestanding lock box by the front door of the business, I don't understand why it wasn't more clear as to where the box was located.

Rodolfo G.The truck I rented was not super clean inside, somone had been smoking in it prior to me renting it. There was ash in the cabin and the ash tray was full. Truck needed to be cleaned up on the exterior.

MICHAEL N.I had to WD-40 the ratchet straps on front of auto hauler. Very rusty and would not release. All good now for the next customer. Great trailer to pull an auto on. Didn't even know it was behind me. Will use again in the future.

RUTH C.after 25 years of picking up uhaul at Lagrange, Tx, every spring & fall antique show.. this year we had to travel to Giddings..pay for an extra day..extra mileage..even though I made my reservation 6 days in advance... UHaul SUCKs..you don't care..big company v. individuals..as usual.. take our $ & laugh in our faces...I'm buying my own truck... I'm done with Uhaul & their lies

karin G.The truck road very poorly. Hard to handle on bad condition roads. Noisy cab. Bounced all over the road. Cruise control would not always disengage when brakes were applied. Drifted to the right. Extremely poor gas mileage (6 mpg).
