wife went in to tell them we was dropping off and before she came back out one of the guys was out there and did it for me. he told me that I had clean cloths on and I didn"t need to get dirty. I liked that. Thank youKarla H.

The shop and the workers were amazing! The truck was clean but the back tires were bald and unsafe for the North Dakota winters. Again not the shops fault!!! Uhaul should be more on top of their service and maintenance!Margaret G.

The trailer was not inspected properly. I received the trailer and the left tire on the trailer was almost completely bald. When roadside assistance helped to replace the tire. The manager (Javier) at the south Fargo veterans blvd location was hesitant to replace the tire and insulted my fathers intelligence on how to measure the tread on the tire even though when removed it was almost completely bald without tread. Also, the reservation changed from the veterans blvd location to this location in valley city which is an extra 110 miles added to my vehicle and more gas that I could've used on my move. Especially with gas prices being so high. When replacing the tire the an employee stated they may have to change the trailer instead if no tires were available. So if there was a trailer available at that location to be picked up on the day I reserved it (7/30/22) why did I have to drive all the way to valley city? The manager I spoke with on 7/28/22 was extremely rude and only added a day extra for the trailer. She said they were low on inventory everywhere and asked if I wanted to go to Sioux Falls even though that is a much longer drive. She was extremely passive aggressive and did little to assist and did not show any understanding and had terrible customer service. If I could give Fargo's uhaul an overall rating (not valley city) I would give it zero stars in all categories. Honestly, it was a very big headache and the Fargo uhaul lacks customer service and needs to do a lot better. I would not recommend the uhaul in Fargo at all and tell people to go elsewhere if they could.Miguel Y.

I had to reserve by phone as I end up doing whenever I reserve U Haul. The U haul website is very difficult and doesn't work properly most of the time. It continually adds additional costs to the move which are difficult to remove. Even at all the dealerships the website is extremely slow and difficult. Customer service training for your Fargo locations. Valley City definitely blew them out of the water with customer service. Accommodating, kind and working in our favor. We had to drive 4 hours round trip to pick up the truck, while we were given an extra day and miles from Valley City back to Bismarck were given, it did not compensate us for the time and wear and tear on our vehicle to go pick up the truck. Having a larger truck was not an advantage either as we did not need the space, and cost us more gas money.Erick L.

I had to drive 200 miles each way to get this reservation that was ridiculous. At the pick up point I got zero help getting my car on the trailer this was by far the worst experience with Uhaul that I have ever hadthomas H.

Found location easily. Dropped off after hours. Tried to use mobile drop off but location services wouldn't work and wouldn't let me proceed. I was at correct location. Spent 30 minutes trying to get location services to work. Finally dropped off keys and left. Spent 45 minutes on phone to let someone know I had dropped it off. Once I had someone on the phone, it only took 5 minutes to get my information about drop-off. Not recommending as drop off location only due to location services on mobile app not workingDANIEL H.

There was confusion between the different reps from uhaul. I had a reservation in Jamestown one rep told me it was ready for Saturday and when I call to confirm Friday afternoon I was told there were no trucks for Saturday. I reserved a week or more ago. The second person I spoke to did help me get a truck in Valley City a little out of the way but it worked out.Michael L.

The parking lot was a little un organized. Wasn't sure where to put the uhaul. I wanted to talk to someone about the issues I had with the uhaul. I drove in the rain and a lot of my things got wet and damaged in the moving process.Jason D.

The speedometer didn't work at all. It took much longer to get to it destination because of that. Even though we reserved our truck well in advance, we had to travel 4 hours to lock up the truck because they were out of trucks at our hometown location.jamie T.

All I can say is we reserved a 5x8 trailer in Jamestown almost 2 months prior. Jamestown did not have the trailer (no fault to them) . Jamestown stepped up and called Gills in Valley City. She had one for me. So I had to drive over 80 miles out of my way (there and back) to get the trailer. I didnt catch the lady's name at Gills but she was Great to work with! ! Thumbs up to her and Jamestown for getting me a trailer. As for the main Uhaul office...terrible service!!!Tom S.
