Key was not in the designated lockbox. I had to ask the gas station attendant (not a UHaul person) for help. He was able to find the key for the overnight dropbox and locate the key I needed for the truck I rented. That was a hassle for both of us.
Jody SI made this reservation 3 month ago. I was supposed to pick up the truck in Flagstaff Az . Three days prior to pick up I was told ,that there was no truck in Flagstaff, that I had to pick it up in Prescott Az . This is new location is 90 minutes away. Was is the purpose of making a reservation I suggest some one in charge read the definition of reservation
