The tie downs inside the trailer was missing two of them but no issues for me.
RICHARD DThe businessman who rented the U-Haul truck was outstanding. He went out of his way to give me a great customer experience. I would recommend that U-Haul provide more than one pickup truck to rent out at this location. There are times when there are 3 customers who want a truck. Customers need to have more trucks available to rent at this location.

James TDue to uhauls inability to recognize the companies holiday hours (they were closed for holiday) and inform the owner before they closed of my reservation, my equipment was covered in snow and ice and was not legally drivable. This owner went out of their way on their day off to provide another truck for me. Uhaul has done this multiple times to the pickup/drop-off location. Please improve your communication, especially during holidays.

Jeffrey SOnly critique was the mobile check in was difficult. I followed all instructions for verifying my location but was unsuccessful. My wife tried with her phone once she arrived to pick me up and we were able to get it to work. Frustrating after 9 days and thousands of miles but inconsequential at days end.
