This was a very confusing place to try and drop off the uhaul. It would have helped to have a few spaces clearly labeled for a uhaul or to have additional instructions or pictures provided.

I chose to opt out of the safetow coverage and when I got my final receipt I was charged the $8 for it. That was after my original pick up location didn't meet the guarantee to have my rental so I had to drive an additional 10-20 miles away to the location at Girton Market. Staff at Girton was extremely helpful.

Pretty upset with my experience. I reserved a truck at a location next door to me and had a confirmation email from U-Haul that it was reserved. Then the day I was supposed to pick it up, that reservation changed without my consent and I had to drive much further to pick up the truck, which affected my $ per mile rate!!! Also, the location I had to pick up the truck was closed- even though they were supposed to be open, and they had parked the trucks so close together that I had to wait for the store owner to show up to move the trucks. Super frustrating. I will not being using U-Haul again.

I was not very happy to discover that the rental van speed was limited to 75MPH. Not that I was looking to speed, but there were a few situations on the highway where I needed the extra power to pass or avoid and it was not there. This could have been a possible dangerous situation.

equipment dirty with broken glass in the back. I opted out of insurance but he charged me $8 extra anyways. Called many times for a refund with no answer. Emailed and never got a response.

A serious problem existed relative to the 5x8 trailer I rented. I discovered during my 1,000 mile journey from Denver to the Chicago area that both trailer tires were bald to some degree. Given this was discovered in the early evening hours, I continued despite the concern. This was brought to the attention of the area manager with no satisfactory resolution. I have been a long loyal customer and this problem, if not resolved to my satisfaction, will cause me to move my business to other rental companies.

When I explained the situation to the counter staff (this is a neighborhood gas station/convenience store), he indicated that he'd take care of the leftover glass in the truck cab. This dropoff location was especially convenient because it's a gas station, and I could fill the tank and drop off at one location.
