1. It was very difficult to make the reservation for 2 days. Your web site did not work. The agent at your 1-800 number was unable to do it. Eventually I phoned the location on King Edward street in Winnipeg directly and they were able to do it with professionalism. 2. I was directed to pick up the truck at 2095 Logan street location. There was no U-haul signage or any indication this was U-Haul site. We had to ask an adjacent business to guide us to rental office. 3. Fellow in store was friendly and eager to please once we found him. 4. Extra moving materials we expected (blankets, tape etc) were not available at this location. Web site indicated they were. We had to make alternate arrangements on our own. 5. Truck was dirty - mud, leaves, debris inside the back. We had to clean it before we could use it. Gas was only 1/2 full at pickup. 6. Return process link you sent did not work. We left the vehicle and the keys but had to phone the 1-800 to prevent a service charge. Overall the truck worked fine mechanically but the customer experience was far worse that I would expect from a reputable company.Stephen T.

The only issue i had is . I drove the truck 15 km and got chargerd for 25L gas . So that was around 45 $. Everything else was so good . I have the picture of the gas gauge before and after . i am pretty sure. I didn't burn 25L Gas in 15Km.Navjot Singh U.
Ensure reserved extras are in the vehicle. I had ordered a furniture dolly and moving blankets but there was none when I took the truck. Also, during the course of my travelling, I ran into wet conditions and semi's were passing and spitting up dirty water, I turned on the wipers and hit the windshield washer fluid but there was none. Fortunately, heavy rains started and it allowed me to continue on.Brenda V.

The parking lot is so narrow. And the QR they posted on the key box was expired which caused me failed to return online by my cell phone and the local guy verified my return so lately and charged me one more day rental fee.QIANJIN G.

There was no sign at all on the door or anywhere on the property to indicate address or business name, making it confusing to find the appropriate entrance. In fact, the door with the address number 2095 Logan was next door and belonged to a different business.Catherine A.
There was supposed to be a hitch available for purchase at the location. We had to drive to another location to buy one and then return to this location to get trailer. Extra 45 minutes to rectify.Craig F.

This location was an absolute nightmare. My reservation was confirmed two days before, but the pick up time and location changed. I'd hired movers, and and left a few hours between pick up and them arriving, so that shortened my window. But then it took THREE hours to get my truck. It had never been dropped off and the person working just never bothered to check where it was. He was unhelpful, and at one point, as I asked him to call someone to find out where my truck was, told this person I was yelling and screaming at him, while I stood there dumbfounded as he straight up lied. I was moving out of province and told there were absolutely no other trucks in the entire city of Winnipeg. I was offered a measly 100 $discount when the overall charge was higher than I'd been given leading up to this. Every single thing about this was a nightmare. I didn't even have the equipment I ordered in the truck to help with moving. And then the person put the wrong drop-off location on my order. I'm in Canada and he put the US. During covid, when borders are closed. I didn't even realize that til after we'd left. I almost lost my movers because of this horrible service. The employee even told me 'Trucks come and go all day, there's no guarantee'. Like, you're Uhaul. Your whole purpose is to have a truck to move. And at the end, I went to pay with debit and was told I couldn't. After all that, I almost lost my truck entirely. Never, ever, choose this location.Melissa W.
