Andrew BRented a 6x12 trailer, the hitching needs to have a jack to lift to tow vehicle, very heavy for one person.
John FI'm very happy with the service provided. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the UHaul site was down. Many locations would have sent me elsewhere, which would have been devastating for my moving plans, but they worked with me and found a way to get the truck dispatched so I could get back to my moving helpers on time. Great location, went above and beyond!

MATTHEW AOnly reason I booked this location is they have late hours to pick and drop off. The vehicle is very very very dirty and disaster maintenance. I got smoke smell as soon as I entered . Previous rent person left opened yogurt cup . Vehicle makes lot of noise . Very very disappointed with the vehicle and cant get from another location in the last minute. I never use this location again.Very very disappointed. No hygiene at all. Felt like I was driving trash truck.

Amandeep SOriginal truck rented had windshield wipers that did not work. Called U-Haul and they could not get anyone out to fix it. Asked me to drive it to a repair shop, who said they could not fix it. Had to return to original location and exchange for another truck. The new truck had issues with registering it was in park and had a door that caught when opening.

lillian rThe truck ran bad. It need to be in someone shop. That truck was just trouble. It's was so dirty, with dog food all on the floor. Dog hair on the passenger side. Had a lil smell to it. It was hard to put into gear. At some point. I just wasn't really to happy with this Uhaul place, at all.

Jose MVan was filthy. I spent an hour cleaning it myself when I got home. Food trash, urine bottles and blood from them selling meat out of it . Owners of gas station had shoved an air freshener in it to cover the smell. Highly disappointed in this one. I spent over $500 to rent a wrecked, filthy van.

Melvin AThe truck was filthy. I was told the gas tank was full at pickup. I drove 40 miles. Approximately two and a half gallons consumed. However the meter was still running at five gallons. I want a refund for two and a half gallons $7.80. ($3,19 per gallon).

David OEmployee was very helpful. Had an issue with the steering wheel being locked at pickup. I've never had a Uhaul that had the steering wheel lock every time the vehicle was turned off so that was a bit annoying. The back of the Uhaul was dirty with items from a previous rental inside. Overall I'd go back to the location only because the employee was helpful and professional.
