The location is a gas station so it's a little small but overall it's a good location for its proximity. The issue is not with the store owner or location but the specific truck I received. It is definitely due for a service. It needs new windshield wipers, alignment, volume adjustment doesn't work, check engine light, engine sputtering probably due to check engine light, and passenger side blind spot mirror is missing. Recommend immediate removal from fleet till after service.William T.
Great experience with online check-in and check-out. I realized I left an item in the rental and the worker at the location was helpful in locating and holding it for me until I could return.Ashley K.

This was the worst experience I ever had with Uhaul (have rented multiple times in the past). The pickup process was chaotic - I did an online check-in the night before pickup and prepaid. I arrived to this location and was asked by the gas station employee for a code which was never given to me. I had to call the Uhaul associate who then advised me that the various equipment I had reserved and paid for was not included (hand truck, dolly, furniture pads). This was absolutely not okay and I should have been informed earlier as I had to scramble and pay extra money to rent from Home Depot in order to perform loading and unloading the truck at a higher cost and a lot of extra time which I did not have. Then I opened the truck and found it so dirty that I had to go to my home to sweep out the dirt before going to the storage facility and loading the furniture. Literally not one aspect of this pickup was even close to okay.Michael F.

The truck that i received had angle issues with the steering. In order to drive straight in the same lane I had to turn the steering 30 degree left and if I try to drive straight the vehicle is going right and deviating out of laneSRAVANKUMAR REDD D.
This location is not checking mileage at departure or return. Don't over estimate your mileage because you aren't going to get a refund if you drive less than you estimated.Nathan Y.
Spent almost an hour at the location trying to get my rental (one person in front of me). When we finally got the keys the gas meter was incorrect and the mileage was also incorrect. Was told that they would fix the mileage but obviously they did not and just billed me for the 29 extra miles. Never heard back when I reached out to the email for any questions or concerns with my bill.Brandon N.
Everything went smoothly, except for the fact that a final bill was not sent to my e-mail as requested. I checked my spam folder as well and it was empty. I did like the contactless method of picking up and dropping off.Andre G.
The man at the counter had no idea what was going on. He did not tell us what truck to use. The whole thing was very confusing. It was just a convenience store and there was no indication that it was also a UHaul facility aside from the trucks in the parking lot.Benjamin H.

Windshield was dirty with bugs splattered on it. The dolly was not in the truck. I had to take it from the side of the building and take it to the truck. I was supposed to have 12 moving blankets which were not provided. I was told to go to Life Storage a few miles away to get them and the $10,6 charge was to be removed and it wasn't. Life Storage doesn't work with UHaul anymore so I didn't get the blankets.Elizabeth N.

Truck just had a 1/4 tank of gas. Wasn't told anything about how much gas it would need so of course I filled it $100 later and was well over the amount needed upon return. Windshield was dirty so had to clean that to see. In addition the insurance price was inflated from what I had originally purchased and the mileage included was less. My pickup location was changed from my preferred location 10 minutes from my house to a location 40 minutes from my house. This required extra time to drive to and from pickup location, very inconvenient during a busy day.Charles M.
When I drove off the lot, I noticed that the tire pressure indicator was on. I stopped to fill the tires (at my cost) only to find that all the tires were at the appropriate pressure. When I returned the vehicle I discovered that they were aware of this issue and failed to let me know. They insisted that it was a "malfunction" when I informed them that it might be the spare tire that was underinflated. This should have been corrected before the vehicle was put back in service or, at the very least, I should have been told about this before driving off the lot.Adrian S.

The two persons who took care of me were not even close to being customer friendly. One was on a phone and the other person just said to me "What do you want"? For some reason, they charged me 248,08 even though I had already paid the $221 U Haul told me was due at pick up. I asked why and did not receive an intelligent response from them. Very disappointed with their service but not with U Haul overallJames A.

The guy who was there helping me rent the truck was very short with me and my family member. Also when it came to using the app to check the truck he came over to my phone and scrolled through it and hit next without my permission. So I was unable to take pictures of the truck or anything before hand to acknowledge any dents or anything we might of found.MICHAEL K.
It was not easy picking up the truck as the owner spoke very little English. While checking us in he waited on about 5 people who came in and interrupted our pick up. I would never go there again due to a bad experienceRita I.

The online setup process was such an absolute pain, who tf has their passport or lease on hand??? And then calling someone's work for verification??? It's a Saturday at 10 am?!?!! If you wanted all that info you should have asked BEFORE I went to pick up the truck. And then wait there hiding from the rain in a random gas station while someone takes forever to call the workplace and the backup contact. And then the van had the wrong mileage, wrong by 100 miles, and I had to go through 10000 hoops to get to customer service to let them know the odometer was fucked up. Such a messSteven T.

Stop changing location of my original rental. I was offered dirty used wet moving blankets. The back of the truck was frozen shut. Never again.Michael S.
No available parking but the guy wanted me to move the truck. He finally gave up when he saw there was no parking. This was nothing more than a hole in the wall convenience store/gas station that was not very inviting. A customer was arguing with the guy when I came in. He was not very customer oriented.Joseph N.

The location I was originally scheduled to pick-up in, did not have the truck I reserved. I was sent a couple miles away, not far, but still when you're moving and you have people scheduled, it's a bit stressful. All in all, it worked out.Debra H.

It took over 40 minutes for the attendant to complete the process of checking me in and providing me with the keys to the truck. This delayed my move and caused disruption for my schedule which involved other parties to assist with lifting and hauling my belongings. Not only that, but the equipment I had reserved was not in the vehicle and the attendant initially refused to let me take the dolly I had ordered. This took additional time to explain and provide proof that I had rented the equipment I had.Rebecca B.
