This is the first time I have visited this location. I was very impressed by the staff member I spoke to and who helped me with the trailer. He was fantastic to deal with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this location because of him. Merci.

Well I had recently rented a truck before this time and I got mixed up with where the gas hand had been and I failed to look at the picture I took before leaving the lot. I accidently put $35 extra dollars worth of gas in the truck and I was rudely told that there was nothing they could do about it. eric C.I drove to Memphis to purchase a new SUV and had reserved a tow dolly for towing our current vehicle back home. I got an address for the pickup and that was it. I got my SUV and had a terrible time finding the location. It was a neighborhood dealer (emphasis on "hood") inside an apartment complex without any signage and the office absolutely reeked of cigarettes. After finding the place I needed a receiver hitch for my new SUV but they didn't have any accessories, so I had to go find an auto parts store to buy one. Got hooked up and discovered half the LEDs in the left tail light were burnt out and the right tail light didn't work at all, despite the agent "inspecting" the unit. It was 6pm on a Saturday and I had no other options so I rolled with it. There was a short in the trailer wiring and it took out the brake lights in my brand new Lincoln Navigator about 20 minutes into the drive home. Replaced the fuse, disconnected the trailer lights, and ran the parking lights on the towed car for the rest of the 5 hour drive.

The truck did not have a dolly,the truck run funny, the steering wheel was loose and shaking, I was told I can drop the truck off next day and was rushed. Luckily I had my card locked because they tried to make unauthorized purchases to my card while I was in the truck and then she told me that she was just trying to hold without my knowing or consent. They talk about their customers and I heard them do so. Just a ratchet, disorganized , unprofessional, rushed organization. I paid $113 for a truck that was not equipped and ran raggedy. Just go see for yourself.

lashay W.I had a good experience here but this was the third location I was sent to. My original reservation 76685613 was a bust. The truck had been broken into and damaged. I was sent to another store to just be told they didn't have enough uhauls after sitting for 2 hrs. My experience was horrible.

I received a call late in the evening the morning before my pickup time letting me know that I had to go to a different location for the truck. I was told upon picking up the truck that there was nothing that could be done about the additional milage that I had to pay for.

The address takes you to an apartment complex. you dont have a time frame for pick up, because there is no store. someone will call you and tell you where you have to be and when. than you arrive to a shady apartment complex parking lot. feels like you'll be wacked there in the next few minutes. a total nightmare.

When I called the owner of the business he got loud with me and told me he had other businesses to run. Then I spoke with Uhaul and they helped me pick up online. As a courtesy I called the owner back to let him know so he didn't have to drive there and again he was extremely rude and said he has to take pictures. He is uneducated about the technology Uhaul has and needs to treat humans better. He does not represent the Uhaul brand or his business well at all.

This truck was scheduled for a week and the day of the pickup, I was unable to get the truck at the location. I was sent to another location, Global Impact, the person was living there and it was very unkept. Operator was rude and gave incorrect information. The original pickup location was great, very neat, clean and in a safe feeling area. The attendants were great!!!!
