susan GOWERTruck was out of oil, so they asked me to put 3 quarts in and they would take it off my bill with the receipt. Horrible communication with final payment. Was told I would be contacted before the card was submitted (I had a few final balance questions) They didn't call back but the did run the card.

Paul HigginsI rented the vehicle for 4+ days. During rental period, it rained one day; the roof of the truck had a severe leak. Everything inside was sitting in water. Also, I rented the vehicle for 4 days, and less than 1,5 additional hours. I was charged for 5 full days.

Mary a RichardsI received no blanket's I ordered them the gas was on a quarter of a tank. So I had to go get gas. Filthy describes the truck. No ties for the dollies. So that trashed around when I drove the AC blower was not working. So AC was not working right .Some old lock that was very hard to close. The truck sounded like it was about to break down any moment. No windshield wiper fluid. What a discussing experience. They wanted me to back in the truck in this tiny space I refused and let them do it. Horrible experience they should not be allowed to rent uhaul trucks.

louis wuollettU-haul needs to stop allowing rental on line when they can't provide the equipment. The day of rental I was called and informed the truck wasn't available. They found a truck finally but at a different location which increased my travel distance and time. I needed an appliance dolly which I order in line but was told that none were available. What's the point of ordering on line when the pick locations use a first come first serve system! Very upsetting and stressful. Cudos to the people where I picked up the truck for doing the best they could to help me.

Joseph FerreiraCharged $25 to clean truck which was clean and blankets folded when returned. Told me the $25 fee is minimum charge for everyone. Did not inspect the truck with me at time of pickup. Was raining when picked up.
Robert WeissbeinTruck I rented was not available on the pick up date. Was sent to another location where the truck size I rented was also not available. The location I was sent to didn't open for an hour later then the original location so I waited for it to open. The truck I was given had less than a 1/4 tank which meant I had to immediately gas up which put me even later. I was to,d I would be given a discount for my troubles but that didn't happen either. That's why you earned a 1 star

He added $20. I also called for directions to clarify and he didn't specify that the U-Haul logo isn't anywhere to be seen, difficult, pain in the neck to find. F orget this place
THOMAS WARD2001 Tamiami in Naples is a nightmare. They never contacted us to tell us the equipment was not available. I had four paid people waiting to work and no truck. They have no concern or respect for us customers. Not helpful at all.

Jeffrey DeVriesDrop off in a plaza is a little confusing since there's no clear direction or location on how/where to drop the vehicle off. You have to block traffic and leave the vehicle to go inside to get those instructions. Aside from that, this location and it's employees were very helpful.

After waiting 20 minutes and the store was still closed I called UHAUL Customer Service. The rep was very helpful and walked me through the self checkout and pickup. The truck was around back with the keys…If it wasn't for her I would have had no idea where anything was…
Joseph GriecoI had reserved a truck from another location and they were not able to fulfill my reservation. I was ready to drive to kingdom come for a rental but I happened upon this location. I can't say enough good about the folks that were there to help me. They not only had a truck the fave me the key, right then and there! They were patient, explained everything, and even gave me info for a "just in case" situation. When I returned it, they were pleasant and it was quick and easy. Definitely going to recommend my in-town folks to this location! Thanks for a great experience!

CLEOPHAT VILMEUSThey resolved my problem, there was no truck and they found me one. They were kind and attentive. They explained the truck for me never arrived. They found me one to solve the situation but it was all dirty with sand on front and back, I lost time for the waiting and cleaning the truck before use. It was low tire air, so I lost time in that too, and I understand it's not their fault but it was inconvenient.
Carlos HernandezI reserved a 26 foot truck, and the morning I showed up they only had a 20 foot truck. I had to make 2 extra trips, which required extra mileage, gas, and longer for my helpers which cost me more money. I was offered no discount or compensation. Definitely not what I expect from Uhaul.
