The moving van was not swept clean inside the cab and cargo area. The lock to get the key was difficult to open. I would have been stuck if I hadn't had needle nose pliers to open it. It took an hour to get into the box and get going which totally ruined my schedule and didn't change my return time. I will not use an electronic rental again.

Quick and convenient. The truck was not there, had to drive 1 mile to get it from another lot, but still easy and straight forward.
DARRELJOEL TREAD FOR YOUR OWN GOOD: Used 24_7 online pickup. This worked well, initially; however, the site was closed when I arrived and it too a while for the transaction to complete. I rented the truck for 6hrs , but paid daily rate. This was fine and it was my choice. At drop off the app required that I take a picture of the mileage (I drove 25 miles and full tank. I wen across the street and started filling the tank. I stopped after 20 gallons. I called UHaul customer service. Absolutely worthless! They referred to a "contract" that stated that I should bring the truck back 1/2 full! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the customer service agent lied and said she was not there and would be back Monday. Instead of offering to refund my money (approx. $50+ in overpaid gadoline) they said tough luck! They definitely earned this review. The apps is pitifully flawed, and UHAUL customer service is a good example of how not to conduct business

Kenneth JI had a horrible experience with Uhaul. The location I chose did not have a truck available, so when I went there they told me I had to go to another location 20 minutes away. The new location also changed my pickup time to 4 hours after my original time. The new location had no staff so I had to get the truck through the online portal, and the website locked me out of my account. I waited on the phone for customer support for over 30 minutes. I originally had a truck at 2:00 from a location 5 minutes away from my apartment and ended up getting a truck at 6:00 from a location 20 minutes away from my apartment.
Hannah LI was very upset to see a fuel charge of nine dollars after I had already put in over 12 dollars of gas in the tank. I couldn't add more gas because they said I used my card too many times at the tank. I was maybe a centimeter short on the gauge. I already paid over $100 to use the truck why nickel and dime over a drop of gas? I think next time I'll try a competitor for whatever it is worth to you (not much I am sure).
