KEVIN KLOCKEFriendly staff, but they need to have a keychain tester with lights that can show if each wire has power. I wasted several hours driving around town - including trying to get last minute service from a dealer - when my wiring adapter may have been a bit loose, the trailer didn't have working lights, or the sun glare made things difficult to view properly from an upward looking angle. When my wiring was checked by another U-Haul location with their tester everything was working fine, but I lost a bunch of time and ended up paying for an extra day's rental because basic troubleshooting was impaired by a lack of what appeared to be very simple testing equipment.

carlos villedaThis was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul in my entire life!! The equipment I paid for was not in my truck and the office would remain closed for another 4 and half hours, The gas had been siphoned out of all the uhauls, the gas light was on, and when I called I was told there was nothing they could do until the office opens, so I went ahead and left after taking pictures, and told customer service I would speak to the office when I get finished. I was told I wold be reimbursed, yet at drop off 6 hours early, I was treated as if it wasn't the man's fault at all, and I was an inconvenience and was told he doesn't handle returns that I need to call that number back. I was told my deposit would be back on my card within minutes yet 7 hours later and still no deposit or no refund at all!! Definitely would not recommend this location, STAY AWAY!!

JENNIFER FUERTESNo one was present in the office when I arrived to pick up my rental truck at the time I had reserved. The office person came 35 minutes later than my reserved time and this created an inconvenience for me and my scheduled move. Once I had the truck everything went fine from there.

Chad WittmayerGreat service! The manager (can't remember her name) went above and beyond to help me and she didn't have to. I was having problems with the mobile pick-up service and the store didn't open until 11:00 am. She was in the office early and decided to help me anyway. There are still good people in the world .
