Check in took 45 minutes, had to redo everything I had already done on line plus had to wait for them to find the appliance dolly in their on line inventory. Ended up having to pay cash for the dolly rental. Did not receive a printed invoice, it was emailed to me. When I opened the email I found that I had been charged for coverage I had initially refused.
