Rented a furniture dolly and furniture pads, we're not in vehicle. It took 45min-1hr to pick up the truck due to issues with the app and our rental contract not being fully completed prior to pick up despite having filled out all of the information before our pick up time.

It took a whole hour for me to even get into the u-haul. I paid was a dolly that WAS NOT in the truck. I was then told that I had to drive to the Phillips location to get a dolly. (Which I was told by the manager there that I had to return it to their location) Then proceed with my move. When I tried to return the dolly to the Phillips location, an employee refused to take it because he kept saying that the dolly came with the truck. But it did not. So I had to go all the way back to Orange park and return it and was charged more for the mileage. And an extra day when it was only late because I had to go back and forth over the buckman bridge behind that dolly. I will never rent a u-haul from this location again. I honestly feel like I should get some type of reimbursement for the huge inconvenience this has been
Jessica JNo fault to the business owner; reception for the app was spotty and the lack of a customer service counter meant I had to fight with the app for well over half an hour. Everything the business owner and employee could cover was perfect.
CHRISTOPHER CRequested to pick up the truck at UHaul center less than a mile away. Why you moved and not have the keys where your app shows was horrible. Had to call Jason to come retrieve the key out of the lock box. Cost me 45 minutes
