Fast and efficient, but the location is rather road-worn and disorganized, filled with cigarette smoke, got the job done but not a place I'd want to spend much time with.

bill RI have been moving this past year and have rented many times from UHaul and several locations. My last three rentals have been with Gold and Silver. They have been the best of the best. Always friendly and helpful, making sure that everything is easy for the customer.

KEVIN OI have rented Uhaul's 6 times in the past 6 months. This location was the best of them all. Bobby treated you like a long-lost friend and made sure everything was just right before leaving and again when I returned. This will absolutely be my go-to location in the future.
Jeff CHe didn't show up although he had our truck in his yard. He had gone to Atlanta but we didn't know that. We were supposed to pick up the vehicle at 10:00 but he didn't return until 1:00.By that time we had located another truck from another dealer. Al he could say by way of explanation was that he had left early enough for his trip to Atlanta but the traffic was bad. We couldn't reach him because he had not given us his cell phone. It inconvenienced us and our moving men greatly. I would not recommend him at all.

Ronald WNot a thing. Everything was ready as requested and truck was topped off and in good shape. The lady was very nice and very helpful.
Melissa HI called Sandy and asked if I could return the 26-foot truck to her location, and she said it would be fine. I asked her if I picked it up with a 1/4 tank, if should I return with a 1/4 tank. She said that would be okay. I was later charged $54,62 for gas. I was unhappy with this and requested a refund of the $54,62 unless you can explain why you did this. Greg

MARK SWhen making my rental arrangements I was supposed to check in with a person in the store but when I went to get the truck I had to do the mobile check in which made the process longer. Was told that was the only way to check in. Had to use the roadside assistance through uhaul and had to wait three and a half hours for them to arrive! Then the people were so rude an unprofessional!
