Location had internet and printer problems. Attendant did what he could. He Called a regional rep and left a message. Rep called him right back and talked him through the resolution. Then could not print out the contract when I picked up the vehicle so had to leave without it. Reviewed and okayed all the contract provisions verbally and via email.

I left the gas tank with 3/4 gallon of fuel and took pictures to verify when and where I dropped off the vehicle and noticed there was an additional fee of 27.00 withdrawn from my debit card - I have no idea why - and don't like the idea that someone can withdraw money from my account without contacting me prior and having a conversation.

They didn’t have the uhual at my choice of destination had the drive 1:20 minutes each way to get the uhual the appliances dolly was not in the truck like it was supposed to be. They allowed a few extra miles but they didn’t get anything for the inconvenience of the extra gas, my time the inconvenience it was to my movers due to us coming later due to truck be so far away from us.

Did express pick up and submitted all info online. Pickup took 45 minutes and repeated all paperwork that had been submitted. Drop of was just as clustered.. we ended up doing online after guy was busy on phone.
