Unnecessarily rude, walked up to the gate the gate appeared to be closed, pushed the doorbell Realize the gate was unlocked entered on the clerk proceeded to say and I quote was necessary for you to ring the doorbell, is a very bad attitude I said yes Because the gates appear to be closed. The clerk proceeded with a disposition that was not pleasant and customer friendly.

Theodore OI think regardless of what type of customer service work you do, there should be more focus on how to help the customer. The attendant seemed bothered when we arrived. No type of greeting what so ever. Pretty dry personality. When we returned the truck it also seemed to little too much work for him to print our receipt. I would most definitely not recommend this location.

Bret wI went to 3 different locations, the 1st location told me that they didn't had my unit and sent me to a second location which it was closed, a person from U-Haul contacted me to give me the same 2nd location and I reported that it was closed, the person looked and found a 3rd location that wasn't near by address and lost 1 hour of my moving schedule.

Michael KYou follow through on your "guaranteed" reservation, i.e. provide the rental at the designated location or give me the $50 credit. I received neither.
Jon TThe air conditioning on the U-Haul did not work. I did not find that out until I was on my way from Southern California to Northern California. It made for an uncomfortable ride during an already stressful moving day.

maria tWe dropped off after hours and got no confirmation from them the next do that the return was processed and complete. No clear drop off for the U-Haul as the gate was up, so we had to park it in Denny's parking lot.
