The ap did not work well at all. We needed to call support to get it to work. It was hard to navigate, the video did not help at all, and we needed 2 phones to get through it. Drop off was easy, as there was a real live person there. The ap is terrible, and should be discontinued until it is overhauled to provide an easier experience. If my friends were not with me I would not have been able to complete the process.

I'll be honest, I was disappointed with the whole process. I showed up to the facility 15 minutes early, it was over 100 outside, and there was nobody at the facility. I waited, knocked on the glass, nothing. I called the store, got no response. I called when It was time to pick up the U-Haul, I got an answer from the lady saying she will call me back with no additional help. I waited for an additional 20 to 30 minutes, ended up calling U-Haul, they attempted to contact the lady, they gave me the code to open the back of the U-Haul to discover the key not even in the trunk. Having to once again, have them call the lady asking where the key is to then open up their lock box and get the code from them and get the key. At this point, I am well past over an hour from when I was supposed to pick up the truck, and had to pay an additional $40 to the crew for having to wait. I then come to find that we did not have the queen mattress covers that I was charged for on my card, and U-Haul stated they have no way to get them for me, and that I would need to travel to another place to pick them up but that they're also not normally at other facilities so I would have to go my own way for picking them up and finding them. As I inspected the vehicle, there is a bullet hole through the right door, a rod sticking through the left side of the box, a vape, used napkins, and other trash in the front seat, And because we were not able to start for almost 2 1/2 hours later, the movers stated they had to leave to get home, leaving just myself to unload the vehicle into my new place. It turned what I thought to be a 3 to 4 hour job to around an 8 to 9 hour job. The only pleasant experience that I had was after explaining the issue to one of the representatives, they granted me an extension to the next day. Other than that, I was very disappointed in the overall process with the facility as well as the overall help on dealing with this issue.

Store closed during business hours. No one present during return and they took $52 and will not return. They did not answer the phone. It took FOUR DAYS to call me back! I want my $52 from them!

Add more 10 footer the dealer on broadway will only rent one day only not two???
