Excellent customer service! Had a small hiccup with equipment however Bobby was able to handle it ASAP. I enjoyed doing business with him.

They forgot to put my appliance dolley in my truck when I went to go pick it up after hours. Also the location for this place is really scary and I was worried about leaving my car there to pick up a truck.

Rebecca KThe Right turn signal on the trailer was dim and/or not working at times. The checkout guy said it was OK like that. For safety a dim or sometimes not working turn signal on a trailer isn't good. Otherwise, no issues with the location and picking up the trailer. The people there are friendly and it's a smoothly run operation.
Michael DGranted, it was sub-zero when I picked up the truck, but the 'check engine' light was on when I picked it up and throughout the rental. Printer wasn't working, so I didn't get a paper copy of my rental papers. An emailed copy sufficed, however. Gas was mostly full, but I put over 13 gallons in after driving about 60 miles. So, the truck either got about 4 mpg or it wasn't really that full when I departed.

George BOwen was super friendly and I was able to pull right in, take care of paperwork, and was hooked up in a short amount of time. This location was so much better then my last experience, where I showed up at 9 and waited over an hour in line because the phone customers were prioritized over people waiting in line to pick up equipment. I highly recommend this location for great service and a quick in and out experience!

Bennett HThe site to pick up the UHaul truck was crowded with pimped out cars and had no parking available. The workers were very unpleasant with not just us, but the other customers also trying to get their rental. Additionally, I made my reservation weeks before my move, and the day before my move was told I could not have the truck, pickup location, or drop-off location I had paid for. I had paid for a one-way trip, and had to take the truck all the way back to the pickup location after loading the truck, driving it an hour to my new place, and then unloading the truck just to spend another hour driving it back. Plus I had to spend double the money I should have on gas and mileage. I should not have had to bring the truck back in the first place, let alone pay for $50 in gas when there was a UHaul location in the town I moved to?? Will not be using this location or UHaul again.
Braxton Adont lie to people and tell them thay are renting a low milage truck and then rent them a high milage truck. sell out to a company that cares and stands behind the customer and takes care of their equipment.

Beverly AThis location staff was very rude, short and unfriendly. It is apparent this location has conflicts with racial discrimination. The equipment was poorly maintained and apparently left outside as it was covered in snow, dirt and the wheels were damaged. I would not recommend this location. Note: the location on Central Ave is owned by the same people.

Ginger MCustomer service extremely poor, over 45 min to pick up a trailer. The rep was more concerned about the incoming phone calls and her teenage son's lost keys. Trailer had debris left inside. I called later that day to see if it was possible to drop the trailer at a different location and the gentleman on the phone became very agitated and would not let me speak and hung up while I was trying to explain that I understood the agreement. He called back 2 more times very agitated and demanding that I return the trailer to his location. I told him that I would return the trailer to his location both times and both times he hung up while I was talking. I dropped the trailer off two hours before the deadline at his location as requested. I will never do business here again nor recommend this business to anyone.

Abraham MPoor experience with Uhaul. I reserved my equipment and arrived to pickup, only to find out that it was rented to another customer the day before. I had to make a separate reservation, then return the truck later in the day to swap for my original reservation. No associates were there to assist with returning and renting the truck. I had to drive an additional 50 miles to return the truck the next day. I have spoken to numerous Uhaul employees and have not been reimbursed for the additional miles, and have not received the guaranteed $50 for a reservation that was not completed. I have also attempted to contact the area field manager, who has not responded or attempted to help.
