Due to issues, I required a larger truck. Customer service assisted and a truck was found and I picked it up and turned in the 15' truck. Days later you changed me for a truck I didn't use. Please give me my money back!

I never received my deposit back like he said on the site the uhaul was 55 dollars he charged me 75 i cant contact him or anything

KATHRYN VReally like a communication at the call-center I guess. We were taking it back to where we got it and we had to turn around and come back and then we got charge for gas which we put gas in in the middle of going back-and-forth the girls where we ended up dropping it off for great but we got charged for gas so we just put in and we got charge for Extra miles because of the lack of communication. I will never use U-Haul again

claude mIt was ok just it was inconvenient 20 miles from my house, and a large Uhaul location is 1 mile from my house which would have been much more convenient.
William SThe service received at the pick up was great however an EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service I received for the reservation. I reserved a truck 7 days prior to my move. The day before pick up I received an email that I would have to pick up my rental 20 miles from my home. I called and received very poor service from the customer service department. Upon return of my uhaul I was charged because I was over my mileage. Well of course I was over mileage uhaul did not honor my reservation at my chosen store where I was told it was available close to my home I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick it up. I am very disappointed and will NEVER use or refer uhaul again.
