I made this reservation online and had nothing but troubles with the whole reservation. The reservation as I made it online changed midway through and sent me to a different location and a different size truck without me realizing it and I ended up making a reservation for something I did not want. The app was glitchy, wouldn't recognize my location even though my phone location was on. Spent 20 min on the phone with customer service who told me they couldn’t help with the reservation but could help me turn on the location on my phone. I uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall and then it wouldn’t download. I have an Iphone10 and no other troubles with other apps or location detection anywhere else in my course of the day yesterday.. It’s unfortunate because I use truck rentals quite often because Im a realtor and stager and move things all around the Houston area.

The lock on the back of the truck I was given was SUPER hard to get back on. It took 3 people to figure it out and we were almost forced to just leave it unlocked because it just was not going on. Please change the lock with more space in the locking area.

I scheduled to pick up at a 24/7 location. I paid $20 on u er just to be able to pick up that night, I follow the steps and the keyes arent in the truck so I had to uber back and another $20 to uber the next day. It was the biggest inconvenience, and when I spoke to someone they said they would reimburse, or give me some sort of credit and it was just a lie. I am not usually one to complain or leave a bad review but it was very unprofessional and inconvenient as far as being out so late and arriving and the equipment not being there ready as they said it would be.

Without a doubt, this was the most disappointing U-Haul rental location I've ever worked with. Customer service was entirely lacking, and the woman working the desk was lazy and had the personality of a rock. The U-Haul was not inspected prior to my arrival and the woman working the front office had to "check and see if it worked" upon my arrival -- this is entirely unacceptable. The U-Haul had issues -- specifically a broken lock (it wouldn't close, and there was also no key) -- and when I brought this to the employee's attention, she could not have been more apathetic. Severely disappointed with this location and how they treat customers. Will not recommend or be going back.
