Employee quit when we were picking up vehicle. Property is dirty as hell. No help. Truck steering column was broken and drivers seat. Tires were low. Not driveable and no one to help. The employee leaving wouldn't help and sped off after a tantrum in a white truck almost causing an accident on broad st. I called customer service and they got me a new truck not cleaned and when we got to my house to load boxes back of truck had furniture. So we unloaded it did our move , went back to my house and put furniture back in and customer service said to return with furniture. If we didn't check, we wouldn't have been able to load the truck at the house. We were cleaning out.. the truck didn't even have gas, but I returned it with more than it had. Ruined our day being late to our destination since the first truck was broken and couldn't put it into drive or reverse because of the broken steering column and low tire pressure. How do you rent that to a customer?

thank you every thing was good I did not like doing the transaction over the phone it was very confusing the answering machine kept repeating and putting you on hold, also checking out should be better explained

Whole things was a fiasco. Booked with one location. They loved me to another. New location called day of and said they don't have it. Moved it back to original location but couldn't confirm if they had it. Ended up giving me a different vehicle which felt like it was on death's door. Had trouble driving uphill w empty truck. Circus.

The check engine light was on when I started the truck up, and the AC wasn’t cooling.

The lady was very nice. He showed us where to park it but there's practically no room for anything there. We were very lucky with the parking spot that was available.

This is not the location I requested online. It was 5 miles further away than the one I wanted and not in the direction I was heading adding to my mileage cost.

The kind lady who helped me rent the U-Haul van was awesome! She helped me get the vehicle that fit exactly what I needed. I was going to go with a pickup but it started looking cloudy so she went over and beyond to check a van in and make sure my items could be moved without damage from the rain! I appreciate her help so much!

Parking area was in disrepair. Truck was in rough shape. Mobile application was glitchy. Bright spot was woman at the desk who was very nice and helpful.

Good Time Rental has been great to me and my company and they're always reliable friendly and efficient I would recommend them to anyone that needs moving or party rental items there are definitely well above average and super duper friendly

Was a super easy process. Being able to pick up after hours was a huge plus since I was in a jam and didn't even know I needed a truck until after the location was closed for the day!

I was charged an extra day after being told there would be no charge. I swept out truck and put more gas back in then I should have. I have always used Uhaul and if I don't see a refund of the over charge I will never use Uhaul again!

The mobile check in via the app wasn't working. I ended up having to go inside and check in that way. The location looks more like an auto repair shop not an office. It took longer than expected.

This was a great experience. It was fast, easy, and in and out like a breeze. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this location again should the need arise for a rental.

The directions for picking up a truck were not entirely clear. I had major difficulty finding where to go to start the checkout process and spent about 45 minutes on the phone trying to get it to work. When you access the website on a phone, there is a secret menu a the bottom of the screen that you need to open in order to do the after hours check out. My instructions said to simply push the check out button (or whatever it was titled). I could never find it until somehow I found this secret menu. Had this been more clear on the directions I think the process would have been pretty flawless.

The woman that works at this location is amazing! She's so sweet and really takes the time to show you everything.

Truck was in poor condition and unsafe to drive. Had to jump start 2x. Battery terminals corroded Transmission did not shift properly At a stop light engine revved very high and truck surged almost causing me to hit car in front of me Tire blowout on highway. I will be requesting a full refund as I was not able to complete my task due to the poor condition of the truck

When I had booked the U-Haul the gas was only 1/4 but when I returned the U-Haul it has 1/2 Tank of gas. I asked her will I get my money back because of the gas is less U-Haul charges $10 per gallon when I have more gas U-Haul should return the amount back. The U-Haul rep told me you are to arrogant and I cannot help you and you need to call U-Haul very blunt lady totally useless and unprofessional behavior.

Too challenging to park a 26' truck. I got lucky that the owner was there at 10pm at night when I dropped the truck off. He told me where to park it.

This was conveniently located, great location but the place itself needs a big facelift. The girl that helped me made up for it, she was AMAZING. I forgot her name but she was wearing a T-shirt with a horse on it. She is an asset to your company as well.
