WAYNE LUKERThe directions for picking up a truck were not entirely clear. I had major difficulty finding where to go to start the checkout process and spent about 45 minutes on the phone trying to get it to work. When you access the website on a phone, there is a secret menu a the bottom of the screen that you need to open in order to do the after hours check out. My instructions said to simply push the check out button (or whatever it was titled). I could never find it until somehow I found this secret menu. Had this been more clear on the directions I think the process would have been pretty flawless.

Battery terminals corroded Transmission did not shift properly At a stop light engine revved very high and truck surged almost causing me to hit car in front of me Tire blowout on highway. I will be requesting a full refund as I was not able to complete my task due to the poor condition of the truck

Anthony SerraoWhen I had booked the U-Haul the gas was only 1/4 but when I returned the U-Haul it has 1/2 Tank of gas. I asked her will I get my money back because of the gas is less U-Haul charges $10 per gallon when I have more gas U-Haul should return the amount back. The U-Haul rep told me you are to arrogant and I cannot help you and you need to call U-Haul very blunt lady totally useless and unprofessional behavior.
VINEET AGGARWALToo challenging to park a 26' truck. I got lucky that the owner was there at 10pm at night when I dropped the truck off. He told me where to park it.

Ian McClainMy original reservation was at another site in the Lansdale area. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was told they didn't have it. They set me up to go to Good Times Rental who had a similar truck. The truck was old and didn't handle well (134000 miles), but it did hold up for the duration our our trip. Agent at Good Time Rental was friendly and helpful.

Jeremy BandelI waited two hours because my vehicle had not arrived at the time of my reservation. It was incredibly aggravating and poorly managed. I had driven two hours to the location and almost left without my vehicle because they could not tell me when it would arrive.

Jim McNicholThe office was pretty terrible. 1 room-2 desks, trash everywhere, I think there was a light. I can't believe the air conditioner didn't fall out of the window. But they did have a truck and the process to get it was pretty easy. I took photos of the truck with its scratches and dings- nothing to worry about, it's a rental truck. The only issue s I really had with the truck was the passenger side mirror was shattered. So there was none. This is something that a truck without a rear window needs and it should not have been rented until it was fixed. The other issue was the spring that was coming through the seat and ripped my pants.The next 2 days I sat on a folded beach towel. A/C in the truck was only ok but it was fine. It served its purpose but the trucks should have everything needed to make sure the drive is safe.
Constance GallagherFirst of all you can hardly find it. The office is small, clutered and dirty. Poor signage. The help I received was excellent but the facility is really disgusting.

Because he didn't know how to process a military discount, he called a coworker who also did not know how to process it, it was not completed. He told me to call UHaul Sales dept to have discount processed. Sales told me it had to be completed during pick up. I was not provided with any paperwork.
LYNNE StortiThe office was weirdly completely unlocked and computer was on with no one there. They had a number on the door to call if no one was there, and we called it multiple times. We ended up waiting 30 minutes at this sketchy location calling every number we could find in the office. No one was answering. Finally we called a number for a tent rental company that ran out of the same location and I assume the same management. A woman answered the phone and said the office guy over slept and he'd be right over. So after 40 minutes and calling 5 phone numbers, we finally got our truck. I wouldn't recommend them.

Sabrina CouchSeemed understaffed, the person didn't look at my truck, check milage, check in the truck, or say anything besides they would email me the receipt. Hours later I had no receipt and the number wasn't listed. Called the main uhaul number and my truck still hadn't been checked in. Luckily he made a note that I did check it in, because the next morning this location mistakenly marked it as me keeping it an extra day and charged me $68!
