Your booking system is terrible and impersonal. The information bout picking up the equipment was all wrong. NOBODY called me ahead to let me know where I could pick up equipment.

Very nice and helpful, quick quality service and friendly.
Retail staff was very friendly. Please train Retail Staff well, concerning THOROUGH rental reservation options. My reservation would have cost $200+ versus $63, if it hadn't been for CSR Rick. Thank you for after hours support.

Checkout time took forever and no leniency on drop off time. I got charged an extra day. I didn't walk out like I wanted to when it was taking forever for the Uhaul system to work but somehow the system worked flawlessly when it charged me for another day

I couldn't get the return portion of the website to work, but that is a Uhaul issue.
Add a key drop box, but overall everything was well organized and the owner was helpful and friendly.
Uhaul delivered on everything they advertised. From the online services, to pickup and drop off, each partner performed.
Send then to a corporate store as requested in the first place. Uhaul does not make the customer come first. Very disappointed.
The box trailer I rented was terrible When we got to the location ( an hour and a half away) we we're unable to load the things we bought at auction because the door of the trailer would not open. Because there is only a 72 hour pick up window, not only did I loose the $40+ dollars I spent on the trailer, I also forfited the auction because I couldn't get the stuff picked up and lost all that money as well. and lost that money as well. I called Uhaul toll free # and the 1st man was rude and unhelpful, he suggested I should sue the store where I rented the Uhaul. The second man was nicer but he transferred me to someone who could help me and after holding for several more minutes, we were "disconnected". Stephanie Chavez Bruceville Tx
Spend more effort teaching Uhaul software. Workers on origin and end destination was not efficient in usage of software. I was wondering whether I was going to get the trailer at all on pick it up. Then, when dropping it off, I wondered whether I was going to be able to get credit for dropping it off. Sad customer service standard. It's nerve racking for the customer.
