Not hide fees and be untruthful about prices! Also I was charged for a cleaning fee through the mobile app which is crazy! U-haul policy states cleaning fees are charged after the truck is found to be dirty and I returned it exactly as is! Plus when I dropped it off it was by mobile and they where closed! This cleaning fee and other crazy fees where added upon drop off. I expected to pay $35 and end up paying $102 after fees from returning my truck! FALSE ADS AND HORRIBLE !

I called prior and person said he would be there. When I got there he was not. Vehicle on hill facing traffic not a deal to try to pull a truck out.

Picked up truck in am , had a flat tire and was told to inflate tire myself . Did not receive paperwork for rental or contract .

Cancel their contract. Received truck with flat tire, had to add 3 qts oil after losing oil pressure during use, was still 1 qt low. They do not answer phone and doors are locked during business hours.

Provide a clean trucks, make sure the fuel gauges work properly and keep the maintenance up on their trucks. Trucks should start, trucks should be clean and the fuel gauges should work properly. UHUAL should make their customers feel valued. I don't feel valued as a customer. I want use UHAUL ever again.

Stop ripping off customers I took a picture of where the gas was before anything I put the gas back exactly where it was and was charged 20 extra for gas anyway…

I tried several numbers for the business and could never get anybody. The voicemail was not set up.

A lot of things to fill out on the day of getting the vehicle though I have done the online check in.

The mobile pick up is too tedious and labor intensive….the truck smelled horrible. The musk was almost unbearable. It was obvious the vehicle had not been cleared nor sanitized in some time.

Have someone there during scheduled hours that were posted. Also, have an agent to answer call during business hours. I would never ever use this location again.

I was supposed to pick up my truck at the eagles landing location at 2 am upon arrival the truck was not ready it said to come back at 9am. So I called customer service who found me a truck at Gotfrieds this is the second time this has happened customer service was very helpful

This was a horrible experience, my move didn't happen because of it. I was charged for services not provided and a cleaning fee when I was given equipment filthy and had taken pictures

When a customer has items like furniture dolly, hand truck, and moving blankets on their order, perhaps consider placing those items in the truck when it is scheduled for after-hours pickup.

The truck was damage everywhere on the outside and to make it worst..they inside was completely nasty. I felt like flies was all around me.. This was the worst truck I have ever rented

I RENTED A TRUCK THAT WAS RUSTY AND MY EQUIPMENT THAT A WOMAN WHO IS 4 MONTHS PREGNANT RENTED WAS NOT AVAILABLE!

The check-in and check-out process on the app is lengthy and time consuming. This should be explained when a reservation is made to be prepared for 15 minutes for each.

Trailer was not ready for pickup. When given the contract we looked for our trailer number and it was stuck behind 2 other vehicles. We were told to get another one that was easily accessible. They had to change the contract around at the last minute instead of having the correct trailer available. There were 2 workers, a lady and a man. Not sure where the man came from, he arrived after we did, and they lady was inside on a phone call that she kept on speakerphone so everyone could hear it. I had a guarantee via my UHaul contract the trailer would be ready upon my reservation pickup or I would get $50 but doubt I would see that. If it's up to the place, they never answer the phone, better luck UHaul's long customer service lines. When dropped off, they had no specific place to place it and I was told to just "leave it there", there being in the middle of the entrance which would be difficult for anybody else to enter to property. I would rent from UHaul again but not this place.

The lady in the store was not nice/friendly at all. She was that way when I picked up the truck, and the same when I returned it 3 days later. The truck was extremely dirty when I got it. I asked her for a broom (thinking she would at least volunteer to do it herself)... Nope. She just handed me the broom and dust pan. When I returned to turn in the truck, as i walked in the door, there was no greeting, only "if you're returning a truck, the instructions are outside on the building". Lastly, the return process is a bit annoying for a customer, and should be the responsibility of the uhual rep. To require the customer to take pictures, etc is a bit much, especially considering most customers are tired from moving...

i was very disappointed at this location although i went early to the location i was ok with the truck not being there so we left and after coming back at the appointment time truck had not arrived was then sent to another location which also didnot have size truck i ordered this was the worst experince i ever had!!!!

Front desk person needs to work on there customer service skills. Vehicle was clean but there was a malfunction with the door where it didn't unlock even with the key. Put a delay in our plans by 5 1/2 hrs. Company needs to do a full inspection before vehicle is rented out @ this location. Never had something like this happen before.

Before I got to this location my reservation changed 3 times. I've never had such horrible service with uhaul. This location was the only great thing about my experience.

The location was not my original choice, but a substitute provided without prior notification before pickup. The trailer was located at the back of the property on a downhill slope with old tires in front of the trailer tires making hookup and pulling forward extremely difficult. I will not use this location again.

The location wasn't even open at the time set to get the truck and I had to wait thirty minutes to get my truck. Then the truck died about a block from my house and had to be pushed so we could finish the move.

The truck was dirty and the vehicle did not have front brakes. The truck was smoking extremely bad where the brake are no good. This was very dangerous and I will never use uhual again
