Jennifer MWhile I was on my way to pick up the uhaul truck a representative named Tony from Uhaul contact me by phone. He was very helpful and gave superior service. He stayed on the phone with us and walked us through the process of renting the truck and where to pick up truck. Unfortunately we had to drive our uhaul down the street to another uhaul location for dolly's and such which the woman at the counter Tony's daughter(we found out later) was just as knowledgeable and courteous. And her other coworker actually came up to us in the store and helped us right away clearing up any concerns we had immediately James from North highlands ca
James SUhaul is a joke when it comes to drop off and pick up.
