RICHARD SI had issues picking up my uhaul cause you website wouldn't pull up the pick up portion of the website. I sat there over 2 hours calling and messaging uhaul trying to get into my already paid for uhaul. It was not pleasent.
JOELLYN DThe manager was 30 min late to work, which put us behind. Plus, the truck leaked when it rained and ruined 4 boxes of person items. Very unhappy about the leak!!! Feel like I should get a discount.
