I added a utility dolly but when I went out to the truck to inspect the dolly was not there. I was able to go inside and ask the staff and they provided the dolly.

I've heard from Movers four hours go to the track it cost me six hours and coffee 20 morales I will never rent another you hop on this place that's how upset I am they told me 3995 I got billed a lot more I am really upset I used uhaul any time I need a truck from Florida to Wisconsin

RANDALL BRZOSKOWSKIThe app was very annoying to use for inputting photos at the end of my rental. I kept accidentally going back as I was trying to read the "info" menus and double check I was getting things right. This caused the app to forget the photos I took. I had to retake every photo 2-3 times. One time it took me all the way from step 4 to step 1 without remembering any of my inputs. It was annoying.
David BusseSucks, we reserved a truck online. The next day they call and said the truck was not available near us. So we had to get the bigger more expensive truck. Then our drop off time was 9:00pm after hours. Well we dropped it off late few hours after 9:00 so they charged us double for both dolly's we used. If I had known we would get charged double we would have kept the truck double the time. If you don't click the link and take pics when you drop it off they charge a $20 convenience fee! Hell that would have been cheaper than paying double smh.

D. back at them after they have handed it to you nicely. Don't tell a customer they cant pay with cash. Don't steal from a customer debit card when they have already paid you cash. ELLEN WALFOORTI reserved the U-Haul online, and I picked it up via the app. I have to jump through all types of Hoops just to get a code to open up the key box. Took me about 40 minutes to finally get my key box. Won't be using the online application

Now I have to pay more money for something I didn't want and I didn't realize it until I got to the place to pick the vehicle up

Rick AlbrechtSuper busy multi-faceted place. It was a gas station/car repair place, and a UHaul pickup place. It made for a very lengthy pick up process due to every time someone came in he interrupted our transaction to help other people first. It felt very disorganized. He also stated I was renting a 14 footer when I had clearly rented a 15 footer online, his response was we don't rent that size...upon further investigation you do rent that size, so again it just did not seam like an organized or informed site.

The tongue was frozen to the ground so it took me a while to break it loose. In short I would not rent from that location again. It took a long time to get everything processed.
THOMAS LANDISCar dolly had bent chain hasp that would not close, 3 missing rubber chain holders. Uhaul rep at gas station advised to go to local Uhaul location to get parts which we did.

brenda morlezI was quoted a fee of $257 for the rental, when I picked up the truck the fee I was charged was over $300. I was told that was a deposit fee and when I dropped off the truck I was to be reimbursed. Well that didn't happen. I was told that a deposit is not required if using a credit card. I called grady's , they told to call the area manager,I left a message.Have not heard from that person. I will never, ever use uhaul again if this is how you treat your customers. res #86027183
Janet PateWell, this is an odd posting about U-Haul, because all I did was rent six blankets from Grady's to use in a trip that I was taking to Oregon. Ummm...the blankets worked great?

Max Beihoffthe person who does the rental only works 4 hrs a day. I had to pick the truck up early to accommodate him. Been to the store twice to get a final receipt and he is not in so no other employee can give me one. That is just poor customer service.
daryl pluskotaI ordered the pick up for the puetz location. The confirmation email said that it was confirmed. The guy there sent us to Packard. That guy in the shop on Packard didn't know what a tow dolly was. I asked if there was paperwork and he said no, just take it then we tested the lights and one didn't work. I got a phone call around 3 PM if I was still coming to pick it up from some lady. I told her about the experience and that I felt entitled to a discount at minimum since I told her that I did take it out of pure honesty. Had I not, it would have been a free rental. 0 stars for a rating. Feel free to let me know why I should use uhaul for anything again. There are plenty of other places I could have done business with but this location was across the street from my buddy who I was borrowing the truck from.
