Alan TaylorThe Grafton facility was So Dirty. No place to set down. Counters were full of used food and just dirty. Not for public to enter building.
Cheryl CunninghamMy issues were not with any staff or facility. My issue was instead of picking up truck and trailer where I reserved them to be I had to drive to one city to get truck then another to pick up trailer then back to the city I lived in. Very inconvenient but at least I got compt for the 50 miles I put on the truck just get it to my house. For that I give a below average rating overall.

GREGORY BRUMMETTI will not be using u-haul again. I had to travel 15 miles back and forth to get a truck when there is a uhaul facility in my town. This is the second time it was an issue. Also on the automated system I couldn't check in because I was being charged for 2 days instead of 1. Your automated system is awful.
