It was my first time renting a uhaul and I was very satisfied. Price wise and the truck was good.
James CVan had several mechanical issues. Check engine light was on as well as tire air pressure sensor. I was told about these issues as I was signing the contract. I was only using the van locally and they didn't cause me any issues with my move, but they should definitely be addressed before renting the van again.
Richard NIt was fairly clean but "well" maintained would be a stretch. The check engine light was on from the moment of pickup. The windshield wipers could've used a change (particularly rough in light rain). The air pressure sensor said the RR tire pressure was low. The driver side mirror wouldn't stay where I adjusted it (it would slowly creep closer to the vehicle while driving so I could almost only see the side of the truck). The driver's seat felt somewhat broken (secure but leaning to the left). I had some struggles with the remote pick-up/drop-off. Image uploads appeared to freeze. Multiple minutes with the screen locked. Refreshing is overly easy to do and backs you out of the process. Fortunately, the image uploads did appear to have successfully, but it all took about 30 minutes which is far too long for what's involved. Outside of the technical difficulties, it was extremely convenient that I could do so out of regular office hours and makes me more likely to rent in the future. Hopefully some of the kinks in the process get resolved. Overall, it was acceptable for my needs, the location felt safe to me with ample lighting, the self-service pick-up/drop-off was convenient, and I'd definitely consider renting from this location for future hauls.

Kimberly WArranged for 8am 24/7 pickup. Walk to store and tried to go through prices online and was told I had to wait until 10am to do in person pick up. Called corporate line and told them and they couldn't help. Went to store at 10 and the owner told me he didn't have enough room in the lockbox for my key, so he changed it to 10am pick up and didn't bother to contact anyone about it. No apology or anything and seemed irritated that I seemed upset at this. Do not recommend this location AT ALL!

James CEnsure the inside of both the cab and box are clean and free of cigarette ashes, mud, and other items leftover from the past user. Also, ensure that items inside cab are not broken. The ignition switch and roll down window knobs were broken.

Will NAgain, place was closed 4:45pm due to some wired reason, but this time truck return was ok self serve.

Nora HI registered for 24/7 truck share so I could pick up the UHaul in the morning before the store opened. However, this feature did not work, meaning we were late for our scheduled movers.

Sergey PThe trailer had inappropriate graffiti on the back. The worker told me it had graffiti but I just seen the painting on the side. After I was unloading the trailer I seen what was painted on the back. The trailer needs fixed before rented again. Embarrassing
Justin MI only needed it for a quick delivery across Town, so it met the need. Truck was filthy on the inside, empty water bottle, sticky floor from a spill. It has been a looong time since this Unit has been clean. If it were Me, I'd tkae this out of the Fleet & sell it to some Carpet Installer :)

Stan SI did not understand that I needed to be at the location inorder to sign it. So, my pickup of the truck was delayed 3 hours. Resulting in leaving the area 3 hours later which had a huge influence on the trip's difficulty. I did not get the pickup location that I had requested . Result was I was unable to pick up at 7 a.m. at my original request for location but at a different location.

Lea TThey didn't open until 10am and I had to get my uhaul at 7. So when I noticed the dolly I pod for was not in the truck there was nothing I could do. I had to leave behind a brand new washer and dryer because I had no way to get it loaded and unloaded. I did not have the time to wait for them to open because I had to finish up and be on the road to make it to my job in time.
