Refund the money if they fill the tank in the trick. Ended up spending 43$ for a maybe 2 mile trip.

Daree LSince I was charged $90 for a 2 hour rental you can guarantee I will not use this company or recommend it to anyone ever. Since it was late at night I wasn't going to go put the $5 of gas in alone so I figured I would just have that added onto my bill, boy was I wrong. Over $70 in fees is a weeks groceries for my single family of 3....I hope you choke on it, I will not use this company ever again

Brian KThe trailer should not have left the lot with the tire that was on it. My motorcycle has damage from the bouncing around it did until I had a new tire put on. It was good after that. Very disappointed with the the trailer, but it got me to where I was going.

Axel WRented a trailer that was not swept clean. I returned trailer much cleaner than received. Also the trailer tail lights did not work. Only checked brake and turn lights with rental rep and he told me "good to go". Tail lights not working were definitely trailer issue as I have since hooked my tow vehicle to different trailer and no issues.

Maria RStore opened late. Didnt tell me how difficult the return process was. I had already parked the truck and dropped the key in drop box not knowing I needed to take pictures. At 70 mph truck shook like crazy going down the interstate the air conditioner cut out.
DENISE Rbad experience all around. 24/7 pick-up was not set up correctly so I could not pick up my truck on time. I had to drive an extra 80+ miles round trip to pick it up the next day. On pick up, they gave me the wrong truck to begin with. Right truck was not swept out. As I was standing there gave away the last furniture dolly, so I had to drive to another local to pick up my reserved dolly. All this is after my original location did not have the truck I reserved so I had to drive 40+ miles just to get this truck. Not a good experience.
Jamie OOverall it was a difficult pickup experience. I went to pick up the U-Box on the scheduled pickup day and they didn't have the waterproof cover installed on the box. I inquired about getting one put on due to forecast rain for the week. The staff informed me that they didn't have one for the U-Box, when I asked if they could try to locate one their response was "Probably Not". This delayed us in our ability to load items until the very last minute after the rain had passed later that week which lead to us having to miss work. Overall I was not impressed with the staff's effort and organization.

Larry Swe had a reservation pick up time for 9 am upon arriving the store was not open. we waited until 9:15 and finally left. we called the main office for u-haul and were told that we would be getting a discount since the store was not open on time (the door said they open at 9) someone finally showed up at 9:45 for us to pick up the truck. we never received an apology for the store opening late and we never received any type of discount, in the future we will explore other options before using u-haul again.

Benjamin HThey overcharged my card by $8,13 which makes no sense at all and I've called in already to see why. They had no answer. The district office. The truck sounded like it was going to go haywire if I went faster that 30/35. Definitely not referring anyone to this location. I've rented from uhaul for my moves multiple times and this is by far a very bad experience.
MICHAEL MThis location was not only helpful but actually booked my reservation after 2 days of uhaul not answering their phone. Without this location i would rate uhaul an absolute F...this location and the employee working was extremely helpful and i appreiciated his help. Wish i could list his name but did not get it.
