Bad Experience ,No truck at original location that i had reseverd at two weeks in advance. Sent to another location and the person there did not explain not one thing about the rental , miles and days allowed or drop off location. after i paid with my cc , he hands me keys and no contract. when i asked for a rental contract ,he says we dont do that anymore , i will e mail you one. It was an auto repair shop and i felt like i was interfering with him coming from under the hood.if i ever need a truck again it will be from Penske never had a problem renting from Penske always made me feel welcome.!!!!Ray R.

Getting utility trailers can be quite difficult most of the time. I was lucky someone in town had one. With that being said, the location, though on the opposite side of town, was good. People were courteous and patient. However, uhaul website had some issues at check in. It would not take a the picture I took of my driver's license, even though they said it was optional. I did provide my driver's license information. This was supposed to save time (recommended due to the Coronavirus) when I picked up the equipment. Yet when I went to pickup the equipment, a picture of my license was required and there were connectivity issues which lengthened the time I was there. Other than that, equipment performed as advertised and was promptly returned.Charles L.
My first time renting a moving truck and It was easy, everything about the process was great. Just made sense to move myself with this rental. Fees were fair and truck was easy to drive, had no issues.Sue H.

the people need to know what equipment the next customer reserved so they make sure they have it and do not send it out with the previous customer who did not rent it nor have it on their contract, especially when I checked 2 days before the rental and was told it was there.Steven S.
