This was a 24/7 drop off, NO contact with any employee because they were closed & I dropped keys in box.

Shane YOpened early when they seen me there to drop at 0800, the assistant stopped everything to get the trailer off my truck so I can get to work. great help and said they would into the credit we were offered.
William HWe were a bit surprised to learn that although we turned the truck in two days early, we paid the full price for a four-day rental. This doesn't seem quite fair.

Ryan RReceipt was not accurate and the amount of gas in the rental was exactly where, when I drove off, it was again. So the charge on fuel is unexpected and I'm very upset over this because not only is the math incorrect but gas amount inaccurate as well leaving me with extra cost. The money I put in it before crossing the street to return rental could not have cost me another $30 nearly. No way possible. I just can't believe it. I definitely want to speak with customer service on this discrepancy and why their math is off by a little over $10. I would like to be refunded the money that I'm owed. Thank you kindly.
