I LOVE "Granny G"!!! She made the whole rental process a breeze, just by being her. Additionally, she was friendly, kind, personable, professional, and PATIENT!!! I've rented a ton of UHauls, and she is the best by far!!!

The people who own the space where amazing.. U-Haul themselves wasn’t… the customer service I received from the customer service was terrible… the location didn’t receive notification I had booked.. I waited an hour and half to receive the trailer… I was beyond late moving

The lady couldn't have been nicer. She went above and beyond helping us with our rental. The trailer was already clean and she Swept and Mopped it out for us as well as hooked it up to my truck. I will use this location again if ever in need!

This merchant needs to not be able to do any kind of business with the public whatsoever. Unprofessional. Dirty. Absolutely no communication with staff. Makes up fees and charges toto continuously take money out of your account even days and weeks after rental has concluded

This U-Haul dealership, went above and beyond to help us pickup and drop off the trailer. I would highly recommend her if you need to rent from U-Haul

Our experience with Granny G's was just fine, but my reservation was to be picked up at Bad Habitz Fabrication. So we showed up to Bad Habitz, and I wasn't in his system. That was frustrating, but totally not his fault. Uhaul could fix that bug.

It started raining while I was moving and the truck roof leaked and ruined close to $1000 worth of my items. I called Uhaul and was told they would extend my rental for an extra day until the rain stopped so I could park the truck under the garage to stop it from ruining anymore of my items. After I returned the truck hours earlier than my time was extended to I was still charged $60, for the additional day. So I lost my personal items and additional money on the rental. Way to do business Uhaul!

In my opinion, I feel 0,89 cents a mile is a bit too much with gas prices being higher. Also, the 15' truck I drove, had a lot of give/play in the steering & the front end needed an alignment & balancing pretty bad. I understand there's quite a few trucks out there all over the country & servicing them is daunting. However, when you're talking about safety, even if you have to get more mechanics or service the trucks more often, it's worth it. The truck itself was great and I appreciate there's a company out there that does this. Merci

Have an actual paved lot for rentals. Communicate with customers that they will have to provide their own connecting equipment. Such as a wording harness adapter and a tow hitch ball.

I was charged $30 for UHaul's "Safe Move", but I never asked for and in fact declined it, but I was still charged. The owner at the pickup location was great in getting it removed, but she should have never had to do that in the first place.

Temple ran the location and she's not to blame. My reservation for pickup had been cancelled from a location 30 miles away and UHaul trafficking department did and awful job of communicating with Me and forwarding the updated details to the Picayune, Ms location (Temple). It was all on a Sunday morning and no one was answering the phones.

This pick up location was given to me by uhaul at the last minute because uhaul couldn't figure out how to get a truck to diamond head. Location did NOT have the pads or appliance dolly I requested when I made my reservation.

Have knowledgeable people who know how to enter dates correctly and can read fractions. I used the truck which was dirty when I picked it up for less than 24 hours . I took photos of the odometer and fuel gauge the afternoon I picked it up. I drove the truck 10,2 miles total, put in two gallons of fuel to more than cover my usage. When I returned the truck, clean and fueled the next day, I was told I was late and charged for two more gallons of fuel at$6 per gallon. I was extremely upset about this and voiced my frustration of being told the truck was $29 a day and charged $39 and to have to pay for fuel when I put I two gallons,which should have covered the 10,2 miles that I traveled. If not your truck got approximately 2,5 miles per gallon. I will not be using UHaul again and will certainly share my story with Facebook,friends, and others. Not my first bad experience with Uhaul 樂郎.

Cost way to high I rented from uhaul for years last uhaul I rent was from greatna la and move here same distance and never paid even half the cost as I did here then owed more money to booth after paying almost 200 dollars then I had to pay 33,58 more and that not counting the gas replacement

This return facility is a snowball stand in the middle of town. They did not have the access to help anyone removing the utility trailer from our vehicle, my husband had to pick it off the hitch himself. Not good when you have back problems. If he would not have been with me, I couldn't have gotten it off. There are several more able locations this could have been returned to. The attendant was a young girl and very pleasant, but with no way to give me a receipt saying my equipment was returned. I did get an email, but I don't see anywhere on it where the trailer has been returned .

Love the ball set up but extremely hard to release off a 4wd truck. Had to block up the jack to release from ball.

Nightmare U-Haul experience! U-Haul franchise working out of a snowball stand and had to stand at the window in ants ! A 16-year-old girl handled the rental and she was the only one there when I picked up and dropped off . She refused to give me a receipt or an email so I would have proof of mileage /gas at time returned and the mileage she stated was incorrect I took photos of odometer/fuel level when I picked up the truck and when I dropped it off no proof of anything and she told me that all of the $19,95 a day U-Haul truck rentals they always charge them $92 total for one day when it's returned no matter about mileage put on trucks or gas. She couldn't give me a breakdown at how she arrived at the charge of 92 dollars said she didn't know how to pull that on her cell phone - which was the only thing she used for the entire transaction.How can that be that U-Haulthey advertises $19,95 a day plus mileage. I only used 7 miles on the truck and brought truck back with same amount of gas. she didn't know answers to any questions. I think she just puts that amount in because she doesn't have a clue about anything and when I said I'm not leaving until I get a receipt of some kind , paper or email so I would have proof before I left or it would just be my word against hers and I couldn't even get a name or employee ID number number from her to report this she was very disrespectful! She started telling me to leave now or she's going to call the police! Wouldn't give me her first name said she can't because she's a minor only 16! Now why would U haul allow a 16-year-old unsupervised minor to handle contracts of any kind ???

Trailer had missing rivet securing the hitch attachment to the body and a missing rivet inside securing a tie down ring. advised check-in agent.

Paid for a dolly and blankets. None provide and wouldn't refund Monet. Also truck only had 3/4 gas. Returned with full tank
