Pick up location was inside what appeared to be an abandoned store. Inside the location was very dirty and dusty. The man who rented the equipment was nice and quickly got me on my way. I did rent a dolly and thought it was in the truck but shortly after leaving I received a message it was on the side of the building I had rented from. I did have to make a trip back to the location to pick up. The location itself is in a older neighborhood on Main Street with narrow one lane streets which can be difficult pulling on to road in large vehicles especially when not used to driving something that size.

Only got answering machine even though they were supposed to be there till 3:30. Called # on window said out of service. I left the truck in the back and left the keys in the drop box. Need to be able to communicate with someone when people are dropping truck off

I reserved a truck in Berwick which was not available-then given Danville, which was changed to Plymouth, Pa., after I complained. Took 45 minutes to get the truck due to confusion on U-Haul's part, got 7 of 24 of the furniture blankets. Terrible experience.

Horrible experience picking up the truck. The guy was late and did not know what he was doing. I had to help him work the computer which was in a dark gym. Totally unprofessional setting.

No one was there when I dropped off the uhaul truck

had a problem earlier in the day before pick up where the Regional office left me a message that I couldn't pick up at Grants and had to go to Dallas. Called the location several times. No answer ever. Called Regional office. Without a doubt the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Had it not been for Gary Grant at the original location I would not have rented with your organization. They had no idea what customer service is. Maybe Mr Grant should give them some lessons.

This appears to be a new location with limited resources, equipment and personnel to staff the office. I had to drive to other offices to get the connections for my trailer. The computer system was extremely slow.
