Each time I’ve rented I’ve had issues. Overcharged me then credit my debit card and re charged correct amount ..poor communication and rude. Previous rental vehicle n July took several assistance from local rep (Chris) to straighten out issues. With this rental left tail lamp in operable and fender was slightly bent. On return to Solo storage in port Huron I was charged a Cleaning Fee of 75.00 which i am disputing..There was no issue and I do have pictures.Moving made easier...not so... I rent a dolly about every 6 weeks and the last two experiences have been pretty bad... Please look up my Dispute...filed 9/18/19 with Soli charges. By the way they store your trailers and dollies in an easy access spot to GRAB AND GO near main road...I’m suprised that you have not had any stolen... this concerns me when dropping off a dolly when closed as even the ones there are not secure.

Repesenitive did not explain all fees to me charged me insurance fee to my debit card without asking me if I need it if she would have asked I would've explained that I have coverage on my auto insurance policy. Still waiting for them to refund the fee.

The equipment I pre-ordered with the truck was not in the truck and when I did automated pick up I was stuck without equipment. I spent over an hour on the phone with 5 different UHaul representatives before one was able to find another local UHaul where I could drive to and pick up the supplies. I will never rent a truck from Gravely again.

Don't send people to an uninhabited location 11 miles away, when there are closer options which are maintained by employees. I was forced to return the UHaul to a location in the projects which was unstaffed. I had called a closer location which was open (i.e. had staff present) and the service agent told me I would have to pay a penalty for returning to that location. This is incredibly unprofessional and Uhaul should not be dictating where customers return the product, that should be up to the customer. But, I guess, once you have our money, it doesn't matter if you treat us like crap.

This truck was rented out illegally in my name. I had to call yet again for the 5th rental contract due to the maggie not looking at license & paying attention to the name . I'm a woman and it was given to a man. It is always passed off as a "mistake". This is fraud & I was told this would be handled but yet it keeps happening. Even after corporate took me out of system she still manually entered me back in. All different drivers license was entered in every time! If ur looking for a shady place I guess go there.

I original scheduled to pick up a truck st a location 1 mile from my home. Since I haul charges by the mile I wanted to be as close as possible. The day before my move I received a call from u haul saying they moved my pick up location to a place that was 4 miles from my home. The guy would not change it nor wave the mile extra charges I would now acrew because of them. On moving day, no one came to open the store till well after 8am. The computer system wasn’t able to to turn on because the manager didn’t pay the bill. They wouldn’t give me the truck I reserved because it wasn’t available. Why u haul would send me to that location that didn’t have what I payed for I’ll never know. They wanted to charge me more to rent the truck they did have which was the extra large one. After a lot our back and forth they agreed to give me the truck they had for the price I originally payed for. The lady at the store was wonderful and very apologetic. I’m not at all unhappy with her service. She did the best she could. I’m unhappy with uhaul. Will not use u haul again.
