Unfortunately I had to change the truck size, when I got there the truck size was not changed, the location did not have any blankets or dolly. The girl was very nice and gave me a larger truck and an appliance dolly, for no extra charge.Linda C.

They didn't have all the supplies not enough blankets I was in put in a bad position had to purchase blankets from the store I rented with 300 and some odd miles included I turn the truck in and it says 220 miles bait and switch I'll definitely look for somebody else than U-Haul next timeDAVID L.

Perhaps it's only a problem with my phone carrier (AT&T), but the phone signal was nearly nonexistent at this location, making the online Truck Share check-in overly stressful. It took me 30 minutes just to answer the questions and upload the necessary photos because of the poor signal at that pick-up location. The hassle put me behind schedule and forced me to rush the move. My other concern was related to two dents spotted on the van. According to my online check-in, damaged areas should have been marked with an X. One of the dents was large and easily noticeable but it was unmarked. I fear the thought of possibly being charged for that unmarked damage had I not spotted and documented it before the drive. I will say, however, the inside of the van was clean and comfortable. They did not have all the equipment I ordered (I.e. furniture pads). My reservation was changed to this location from my initial reservation location. U-Haul should have moved the equipment to my requested location rather than inconveniencing me to drive further.Marvin K.

I delt with Tracy Mock in renting my van. I was very you pleased with Tracy as it isn't every day you find people that are happy, pleasant to talk with and competent as Tracy was. If I need a truck again your shop will be my first stop. One thing that I think came from U-Haul, not your shop was the email stating damage to the vehicle. My first impression upon reading was that damage had been discovered after I dropped the van back. I checked the time stamp and saw the note was sent before I returned and realized you have pictures of the vehicle as it was when I rented. I'd suggest you may want to clarify that fact to eliminate the anxiety I felt with my first read.Robert B.

Make sure to leave a key outside. The location I actually ordered from forgot and I had to go 30 minutes out of my way to get a truck which was told to me the morning of. Then I got charged for the extra mileage even though it was uhauls fault. I should have been offered a discount and not had to pay mileage at all. Lastly, the truck I got had under a quarter tank of gas in it when I picked it up, I had to get gas almost immediately.Casey S.

The service on return was exceptional. No hassle and , quick, This is a neighborhood store i would recommend, location was great and access perfect, this comes 2 weeks after going to the main location nearby in which I never frequent againdave N.
Work on the mobile app. 30 min later after taking my license photo I was still waiting approval. Gentleman inside the store was busy and ultimately had to cxl the mobile pickup and have him start over. It was an hour before I was finally able to leave. Also never received info on what lock box my key was in. He also had to do that. Very frustrating to say. Put me an hour behindMATTHEW S.
Corporate moved my reservation to them which is ok but they do not stock the 10 $a dozen moving pads / blankets on my reservation. Finding this out at rental time put us in a bind. The office was closed when I arrived despite a sign and hours posted as open. When I inquired at the main office, staff directed me back to rental building and told me just to leave the trailer. 2 separate male staff were RUDE and unhelpful. I was unwilling to leave paperwork or trailer without proof of return in good condition!!!! When Heather returned from break, she was most helpful and accommodating. Disgusting. Roach poop all over the dash. It smelled like bugs. We actually witnessed a roach shedding it's shell on the dash .... FREAKING GROSSS ????. I was excited to rent an RV from this location for our upcoming summer trip....I most definitely will NOT. Clean your trucks!!!!!!!Luckner L.
The car hauler design is such that you cannot open the car doors after you pull the car onto it. The wheel fenders are too high. You cannot get out of the car.David T.

Each time I've rented I've had issues. Overcharged me then credit my debit card and re charged correct amount ..poor communication and rude. Previous rental vehicle n July took several assistance from local rep (Chris) to straighten out issues. With this rental left tail lamp in operable and fender was slightly bent. On return to Solo storage in port Huron I was charged a Cleaning Fee of 75 which i am disputing..There was no issue and I do have pictures.Moving made easier...not so... I rent a dolly about every 6 weeks and the last two experiences have been pretty bad... Please look up my Dispute...filed 9/18/19 with Soli charges. By the way they store your trailers and dollies in an easy access spot to GRAB AND GO near main road...I'm suprised that you have not had any stolen... this concerns me when dropping off a dolly when closed as even the ones there are not secure.ROBERT G.

The equipment I pre-ordered with the truck was not in the truck and when I did automated pick up I was stuck without equipment. I spent over an hour on the phone with 5 different UHaul representatives before one was able to find another local UHaul where I could drive to and pick up the supplies. Don't send people to an uninhabited location 11 miles away, when there are closer options which are maintained by employees. I was forced to return the UHaul to a location in the projects which was unstaffed. I had called a closer location which was open (i.e. had staff present) and the service agent told me I would have to pay a penalty for returning to that location. This is incredibly unprofessional and Uhaul should not be dictating where customers return the product, that should be up to the customer. But, I guess, once you have our money, it doesn't matter if you treat us like crap.Connor T.
