Trailer had bad tire, Graves Route 66 service did not hook up trailer nor gave any instructions. I was set to tow a 1956 ford F100 show truck that I just purchased. Had I not noticed the bad tire we could have had a accident got killed or killed someone else. I had to purchase a new tire before we left town. Your U haul person new of the bad tire and never made sure it was fixed. Good thing I did my own inspection of the trailer and proper ball size and light plugs and safety chains. I would like a call and a refund.James W.
Jordan and Patrick were absolutely phenomenal and really took care of us! The customer service in Kingman was seriously fantastic! Unfortunately, the truck turned out to be a real piece of junk â€¦ but I'm not sure who to blame that on.Amber C.

I don't know if this is the location's responsibility or uhaul as a company but I rented a 15' truck to move cross country and had engine trouble. I had to call roadside assistance twice which wasted my rental time and costed me more money because I had to rent a motel for the night. I was traveling with my family of 5 and also 4 dogs. I broke down in AZ and it took 2 hours for them to come and fix while we sat outside in the heat. Roadside said there was nothing wrong and that the engine light came on because I was going too fast. So I kept it at 65 but the engine light still came on. Ended up taking the family and dogs to a motel because now we're in NM and it was so hot and windy we couldn't do another 2 hour wait outside. The mechanic came and was able to fix it, he had to go get the parts and come back. After he changed out the cables and spark plugs the truck sounded so much better and I was able to drive like normal again. I feel like uhaul needs to compensate for the extra day it took for me to return the truck and for the motel stay.Ngoc B.
The station I picked up the uhual from looked like an abandoned building and all the trailers on the lot looked abandoned . The 12 foot enclosed trailer we rented from Graves turned out to have a broken Leaf soring on 1 axle and leaned to the left side also the hillbilly that came out of the building to help was wearing flip flops and had not showered in years he hooked up the trailer and didn't check any thing then as we started to leave he said let me blow the dust out before you go I also had to ask if the lights worked and he plugged it in and said good to go and it. Wasn't I had to push the plug all the way into the socket so the lights would work very unprofessional we traveled 3000 miles with a broken leaf spring after about 1000 miles the trailer was swaying side to side alot and leaning hard to the left side I called Graves and asked if this was OK to use and he said yeah it will be fine just keep going and if the wheel falls off you have the insurance just call uhual for road service the trailer made it God bless and the uhual I dropped off at said they would have it fixed and then they told us it would probably be junked because it was in very poor condition so they rented us a damaged trailer that should have been junked for me and my family to travel 3000 miles across country with I find it hard to beleave uhual allows ANYONE to rent there vehiclesMELISSA W.

The lady was very helpful but she and the customers waiting were all frustrated when she would get about thru booking the guy in front of us and then the internet/iPad would lock up and she would have to start over. When I walked out of this location I could tell you the guys number and address and what he was booking. This created a lengthy delay and customers kept lining up.Chris M.

They told me that they had no room for the trailer after I had confirmation. They sent me to another location and they said they had no room. I beg for them to take because I had an appointment at the title company in 15 minutes. They let me drop it in the street.Terry W.

Put a phone number on the contract for destination. I could not find the drop off location, and no number to call to ask directions, so tried to call U-Haul no number there either on any of the paperwork or text messages. Finally found a phone number on the glove box. I called them and was told my wait time was 45 minutes!!!! Here I am on side of road 26 foot truck, 20 foot trailer, none of which make it easy to turn around, and I'm supposed to sit there on hold for an hour. That is just wrong.Alan C.
