The man who rented the UHual to me was not there when I arrived. When he finally did show up he did not tell me he was there. He made me go into a very dirty camper where he sat there complaining that he could not get his internet working. He could not find my reservation and it took over an hour for him to get my information into the computer and get me on my way... he had zero supplies that were supposed to be available so I had to go without using a dolly for my appliances when moving. When he asked how long I would need the UHaul I told him 24 hours and he only scheduled me for 5 hours. This was the worst UHaul experience I have ever had and I am extremely disappointed in the service that was provided.

Only thing I didn't like was the fact that you cannot return to a location near you. Had to drive 35 minutes away to return. It was a location 4 minutes away. But overall everything was ok. Will use again. Thank you

Lester LIf the facility is advertised as 24/7 then there should be someone a customer can communicate with 24/7. The parking area was locked overnight and I was highly confused on where to drop my rental equipment safely.
