If I need business in the future I will use them. I was not able to accomplish anything on the website and I had to call the 800 number and speak to a representative. Julie L.The staff at Grays Rentals went above & beyond to help us get the 5' x 8' trailer set up properly to our truck. Ended up we had a blown fuse that allowed all of the lights/blinkers to work, except for the running lights. They hung in with us until everything was working correctly & safely. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
Amy P.there were no blankets for rent. The employees explained that they often have a difficult time keeping them supplied. Customers often take them on one way trips and they are left with no blankets.

Carter S.Truckshare did not work well when I signed the truck out. I tried five different browsers on three different phones and had to call U-Haul six or seven times before I finally got it to work, making me an hour and a half late. Thankfully, one of the U-Haul reps pushed my time back so I wasn't penalized, and gave me additional time to bring the truck back. Truckshare worked fine when I brought the truck back, but I do not recommend using it to sign the truck out.

Gray's has called me twice but have missed both calls.. will presume they're touching base and good customer service…. I'll call them tomorrow…

They did not hav a truck tht I reserved available , which was a major inconvenience . I was only to pay $69 some odd dollars and ended up paying almost $200 deposit due to location change. Moving is very expensive and that totally messed my budget up

Heather R.Try to prevent a mobile pick up in the ghetto. My truck was stolen. No one has tried to resimbirse me for the 2 and a half hours it took to get a new location and truck. Since we were delayed and there was no 10' truck at the new location, I had to drive a 15' truck all the way to Michigan from Kentucky in the dark in thurderstorns pretty much the entire way. Therefore I had to miss a day of work the next day and my friend that wa helping me move had to miss a few hours of work due to the fact she had to get some sleep. This was a nightmare of an experience. Good thing we didn't get robbed at the first pick up location, I'm actually surprised by that. Can someone please call me? I have tried and no one answered or returned my call today. Also, just so you know I am rating JM auto on Dixie highway in KY, not grays rental. That wasn't as big of a headache as the ORIGINAL pick up location, where my first reservation was stolen from, I know this because the lock boxes were broken, there was a truck there but we figured out it was a drop off because there were keys in the return box that we could see. Thanks

First time i open trailer in Florida at 10 pm some issue appear where i not was able to close. Using my father tools we was able to close trailer door.

I have had better service at the location I frequently use, not to be steered to another location that I did not ask for. The owners were polite and friendly, but I did not like their setup.

There was also a meeting going on at the building next door, and the people there took all the parking spots. The one employee I interacted with was very helpful, but he wads also swamped with stuff to do.

MATTHEW G.There needs to be more CARGO VANS available at the site on 535 E. Broadway in Louisville, Ky which is the most convenient site for a non-car owner like myself. The Shelby Street location isn't very convenient for me. I prefer cargo vans to the other types of vehicles.
