If you need to transport a car and your friend says he knows someone that can loan you a trailer, do yourself a favor and tell him no thank you. The car hauler I rented made loading and transporting my car a pleasure. I will definitely recommend U-HAUL for anyone looking for a car transport trailer.

I completely understand that the pandemic has created a shortage of employees and unfortunately, the owner had to come in to open up the location 30 minutes late. He was very nice and very apologetic, however, he was having difficulties login into the U-Haul site and was eventually locked out. He called the U-Haul traffic desk and they were able to check me out without any issues. The truck's cabin was very dirty, had to sanitize the entire cabin before taking off. The back of the truck was also unswept and had a lot of debris from the previous renter. Overall, the truck drove great and we made it to our destination without issues.

I had appointment to pick my truck up Friday at 1 pm. So I show up to this place and it's basically a dirt field with a metal building that's a mechanic shop. So to make a very long story short the owner left early at around 11 to go shopping and would not answer his phone the person that was supposed to be dealing with the U-Haul did not show up to work that day so the only person there was a diesel mechanic who didn't know what I was talking about. Luckily I showed him my email and with a long conversation he eventually gave me the truck. But I only came with 6 furniture pads not 12 and I didn't come with a furniture mover very frustrating experience.

I spoke with manager day before and he said he would be there by 9a. No one was there for 45 minutes after I arrived at 9:30. I hooked trailer up myself.

This was a disaster from the beginning. We were supposed to pick up the trailer at 9am and the only person there had no idea about the rental. There was no office, no waiting room, and no restroom. After a painful hour of trying to communicate, we discovered there was a huge miscommunication. The owner actually yelled at my boyfriend over the phone, thinking he was a different customer. The customer service was nonexistent. Once he realized who we were and what we were there for we were told to just hook up and leave. No contract or paperwork was done. Corporate called an hour after we left asking if we still wanted the rental. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. It's hard to believe that uhaul allows this place to represent them.

Very hard to get to the location. The yard had numerous mud ruts. No directions with random vehicles scattered all over.

Rented an appliance dolly which was not available. Found this out when I arrived to pick up equipment. Had to go purchase a $100 dolly to complete my move.

The entrance to the building was unmarked. It was unclear where I was supposed to leave the truck. They asked me to move the truck when I left it in the wrong place.

There were no representatives on sorry I had to communicate by phone and the piece of equipment that I received was inadequate it did not work for me I put the specifications in for the use of the equipment however it was too small of a carrier for the vehicle I was transporting

Did not have the blankets that I ordered and the trailer that I had reserved had been rented out and was not available when I showed up to pick it up. Location is a diesel repair shop and is not very clean or inviting

Communication. I scheduled pickup for 8 am on Friday. My confirmation showed 2 pm. I called to check on the Uhaul and was told it had not been returned. They contacted Uhaul to have me pick up at another location. I never received a call for the intial confirmation or for a replacement truck. I called Grays truck service and was told another truck had been allocated for me and I should have received a call to pick up another truck. I was told the truck had been returned and I could pick it up. Got there and it had been reserved for another customer. Had to get this corrected and then I received the truck.

Customer service was amazing! Would rent from them again. Only small complaint was the inside floor was very dirty.

All U-Haul staff there were friendly, courteous and helpful. Another employee at the facility went out of their way to help find/fix a minor trailer wiring issue with my vehicle. (This was not this person's job.)

Very shady, dirty place. I did not feel comfortable there. I dropped off my rental after hours. I took pictures of truck and mileage because I felt like something bad was going to happen. I also locked my debit card. Sure enough, the drop off location tried to take an additional $150 the next morning but my bank blocked the transaction. I contacted drop off site and they couldn't tell me what the charge was and to contact corporate. I did and Martin was very helpful and I also spoke with Jakar at Local scheduling. She said they shouldn't have tried to charge me and my bill was paid in full. This drop off location is not professional at all and I would not recommend this location. U haul was great overall and I will use again, just not Grays Truck Service location in Clinton, MS.

Make sure you read the fine print. I got scammed out of $130 because of the one-way garbage/selection on Uhaul's site. I returned the trailer early due to factors beyond my control and I can neither get a refund, nor use that money for another rental. This is completely awful of UHAUL. The location and staff there are amazing and tried to help, with no consideration from UHAUL corporate. Location and staff are AMAZING, UHAUL corporate is what's insufferable.

Eventhough they weren't open,the gate was open and all markings for drop off with instructions were visible. Contactless done right.

Everything went well, all I did was drive up and back next to other trailers, staff came and unhooked, was in and out in a couple minutes!!!
